I’ve been sampling a number of the local food trucks this year, but Rollin’ Lobstah is without a doubt my favorite! The lobster rolls are overflowing with delicious lobster meat and the lobster bites(deep fried lobster Mac n cheese cubes) are heavenly. I hit these guys every time they are close by at meal time.

For lunch, I have bought a Connecticut Roll from this place a few times. I like my lobster hot rather than chilled, so I haven’t ventured to try the Maine Roll. The hot roll is quite full of lobster, and dripping with delicious butter. I have once tried their combo, which adds two fried mac & cheese lobster bites to your meal. Not a fan of these bites, but I’m not a huge fan of fried stuff in general. I’m also not a big fan of their homemade potato chips either, and likely for the same reason. The chips are very crispy, and I think I’d prefer them a little more potato-y. Though I go to this truck for the lobster rolls, not the chips.

Lobster roll was way too small for the $ 11 cost. They forgot to add the Chipole mayo sauce in the box. Flavor was good but size was not sufficient. Had a small piece of shell in the mix. Still hungry! Will not make this mistake again.

I had the Maine roll w Chips and a brownie. First of all. For the love of culinary orgasms, please post your menu easily to see on your facebook page. And possibly a calendar. People should not have to weed through the news feed to find what they need. Yes you have a website but it is 2014. People use facebook on the reg. Maine Roll– The lobster had good flavor and I thought was a good portion. The Chipotle Mayo was good. I was not satisfied with the type of roll(a generic hot dog bun it seemed). I would like to see a possibly bigger roll made by a local bakery and maybe a little slaw of some sort to cut the richness of the lobster. But keep it at the same price. Housemade chips were just ok imo. brownie was good. I should say that I like lobster but it isn’t one of those items that I HAVE to have on a constant basis. But I wanted to try this truck out. I can say that I probably won’t visit the truck again based on the food/prices. The people on the truck were nice though.

I got a Lobster Roll from Rollin’ Lobstah when it was parked at a local brewery. I decided to get a Connecticut Roll, which is hot lobster on a roll. Paid $ 11 and got a Lobster Roll and a bag of Doritos. Thought this was too high. The bun was about the side of a hot dog bun, with the split top. I was expecting a larger bun or hoagie. I can’t complain about the Lobster. They gave a hearty portion, and it was seasoned good. I would’ve like a larger and higher quality bun for the Lobster roll. The Doritos were as expected. Salty. Overall, it was overpriced for what I received.
