I needed help with clarifying my bill after getting a new phone and service plan at another Sprint store. Jenna was utmost helpful in breaking it down for me in detail, as well as offering me what upgrades were available to me to make the most out of my customer experience. I have worked in customer service for years as well as management. So when it comes to customer service in any industry, I have a magnifying glass. I had a plan with At&t and went to visit with the intent to only see if Sprint could save me money on my monthly bill. I walked in and was instantly greeted by a young woman, Jenna. I was not having a good day since my son had been sick that week and I was in and out of the doctor’s office. I wanted to get in and get out since I was exhausted. Jenna was beyond helpful and pleasant to deal with. As I looked around the store, it seemed moderately busy and I notice that 2 young men were talking among themselves and did not seem to care to be there. Customers had to get their attention for service. I chose to switch and Jenna was patient with me through the whole process. I even purchased a phone case! I am very happy with my new phone and plan and will definitely be back. Sprint, GREATJOB! Customer service like Jenna’s is exactly what will keep customers coming back. I am glad I made the switch!
