FYI be very careful when choosing a stylist!!! I have been to this salon twice. First time just for a cut and I left very pleased. The second time I got my hair colored by a different stylist… and left very disappointed. I left with the front of my hair dark brown and the back of my hair a orange red color. I also had horizontal stripes in some places. The manager offered to have the same stylist redo my hair and I refused because my hair was already damaged and I felt if I let her do it again it would damage it further. I then asked for a refund. When I went back into the salon to get my refund the stylist was sitting at the front and did not apologize or say one word to me about botching my hair. I will not be going back to this salon any time soon.

Found a different stylist there and she’s great. Lovin’ what she’s doing with my hair and I love that we talk about what the possibilities are before she starts styling. Yay!

I’ve only been to Facemaker once, and that was for a massage. I’ve had a number of massages in several different states over the years in an attempt to get rid of some knots in my neck and back. I always specifically told the massage therapist about those problems, and they always promised they could help, but while their massages felt nice, they never worked on those areas and my knots always remained. Finally, I went to Sue at Facemaker. SHE IS MAGICAL!!! In only half an hour, she managed to get rid of a walnut-​sized knot that had been in my neck for YEARS. The other side of my neck had a palm-​sized area that felt like cottage cheese, and that was gone, too. As soon as I have enough money, I am going back.
