Atlanta, GA
At 1 AM, this company started pumping mulch into the playground at the Atlanta YWCA in Virginia Highland, a very residential neighborhood with homes with children surrounding the facility. In what way is this even remotely acceptable? It violates every noise ordinance we have and any moron would know not to do this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
