Wingstop

This is one of my all time favorite places to get wings! The food is delicious, restaurant is clean and the staff is extremely friendly!!! I am not one to usually leave reviews unless I have a bad experience. However, wing stop is excellent and I encourage anyone who hasn’t been here to try it!!!

I Enjoy Wing Stop over others for the price and the wings are better, The Staff has some really nice young people and get your order out as fast as they can.

Service was poor, atmosphere was awful, attitudes from staff. I would rather them say when I come in that they prefer not to have my business. Going in was mandatory because the line was busy for over two hours. It was laying on the counter when I came in.
Buffalo Wild Wings is right up the road, it is worth the ½ mile drive. Unless you like being treated like crap, then stop at Wing Stop in Huntsville, TX

B-​dubs simply has the better wings if you’re into traditional. I tried the tenders here with the Atomic sauce. I’m used to very spicy and if you’re not don’t get those. I’ve had hotter sauces before, but it was definitely spicy. I’m not sure if they added extra sauce for the tenders but it later caused bleeding. Could have warned me about that or something, but it’s whatever. I won’t be back.

We haven’t ordered from the Huntsille location in almost two years because the last several times we ordered online, we had to wait even though we got there after it was supposed to be ready. The last time took the cake. The order was wrong, so I drove back, told the guy at the counter the order was wrong, and he said he would get the manager. The guy that turned out to be the manager that night couldn’t come right away because he was outside smoking. Then I had to wait while he milled around the kitchen and then took out some trash. The order was fixed, but he didn’t offer so much as an apology or to comp anything. This location sucks!

Love my wingstop in Waco, Texas. Walked into this wingstop and everything was disgustingly dirty. Trash on all the tables, but all the employees were just sitting behind the counter… gross. There was a musty smell in the dining area and food in the floor. The girl making the wings in the back was not wearing a hairnet or gloves– and her nails were long and dirty… I don’t even think I’m going to be able to eat my wings…

I just used the wing stop app to place a to go order of boneless wings, regular fries and cheese fries. The order was said to be ready in twenty minutes (not bad at all), when I arrived to pick up my order thirty minutes later it wasn’t ready then when it was it wasn’t right. The «kid» working the register was lost and seemed scared to talk to the customers. There were three guys cooking one in plain clothes (not uniformed) he could have been Joe blow off the street cooking the food for all I knew (very unprofessional and appalling site handling my food) my overall experience was just awful… lousy place to go

Decent wings, DISGUSTING RESTROOMS.
I can not find evidence that they clean their restrooms here. And No, I didn’t come here expecting BUCCEES quality restrooms, but a daily scrubbing will go a long way to serve your customers.

Ginormous Gluten Free Menu… better than BWW by far. The wait staff is great. I went by to grab some food to go and my little ones were in the car sound asleep and they brought me food to my car. I couldn’t have thanked them more for that little extra service. We eat there about once a week or more sometimes. Those fresh rolls are amazing! Love this place!

Food is fantastic! Customer service is CRAP! Would’ve been 5 stars if they could get their shit together! Called to place order, guy answered and said «Wingstop hold on.» And had me literally on hold until I drove up there and walked through the door! I was on hold for 9 fucking minutes! I walked in expecting it to be super busy and it wasn’t. They were just joking around in the back. The guy cooking was at work in some basketball shorts and slippers, real professional. And in the middle of us ordering our meal to go, the guy in the slippers in the kitchen kept yelling over us trying to joke and playfully insult another young man who was standing in line behind us, I’m going to assume it was his friend. They were cussing all loud in my ear and saying things like «which your ugly black ass, crusty black ass, etc.» it was annoying! Then to top it all off our order took almost an hour to complete! Which I’m gonna assume is because we had a pretty huge order, I ordered for about 7 people. We walked in at 7 and didn’t get out until almost 8. Unfortunately this is the only Wingstop in for miles otherwise I’d take my money elsewhere

Fantastic wings and the fries are amazing. Great price and got my food very quickly even though they seemed busy. Very polite and will definitely be going back.

I just love this place. Food is served fast and fresh. I always get the cajun flavor. It is excellent. Highly recommend this place
