Understaffed every time we have gone with ridiculous lines. We try never to eat fast food but when the kids are hungry and crying and you want something fast this is not the place to go.

I live in huron, and my family and I will take the drive out to sandusky to go to the McDonald’s on 250 rather than eat at this one in huron. The last time I was at this McDonald’s the fries that I had gotten were literally cold, so I went back up and asked if I could get fresh fries, the manager(melissa) replies sure, as I was walking back to my table I overhear the manager tell another employee«if she wants fresh fries why doesn’t she go to burger king» now considering I have been in customer service my whole life, that is no way to treat a customer, I’m sorry that your employees kept the fries under the heat lamp a little too long and that I want to PAY for fresh food. I was always taught, if you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it, I know that the fries can be held under the heat lamp for a matter of time, maybe the employees should pay closer attention to when it’s time to throw the fries away. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s, I will continue to take my business to the one on 250, luckily the same people that own the one in huron, own the one on 250 also, so you have not lost business completely from me.

This place, I know for a fact, has children working there that will spit in your food or purposely mess with your order(a spoonful of glop instead of chicken nuggets, etc.) — management has no interest in resolving this issue.
