my wife and I were looking at used trailers in December. We told the salesman we weren’t ready to purchase for 4 – 6 weeks. We had 3 main issues:
*The salesman asked our daughters name and we told him. He then proceeded to say that was his grandsons name and we should really call her by her middle name so that people knew she was a girl. seriously dude? Who stoops so low to criticize a 6 month old babies name.
* We asked if they had any Coleman bunkhouses in. The salesman said the didn’t and insised on showing us new. We left then went down the road and my wife looked on their website which showed they did have one in stock. We went back and the salesman showed it. How do you not know what you have in stock in December? Its not like they are flying off the lot.
*Once we looked at the coleman, the salesman put on his version of high pressure sales tactics. Told us the price and «this is only the price if you decide right now.» I made an excuse that we weren’t ready to purchase yet and he kept going on and on about this is the only time to get such an amazing deal. I finally told the guy that I’m not willing to make a $ 10,000 decision on the spot and that if that was the way they did business I would go elsewhere (and we did)
I think this dealership is good, however the salesman we worked with most certainly was not.

We just bought a toy hauler from Nielson RV and I have nothing but great things to say about them. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They were not pushy at all. We will definitely do business with them again. Highly highly recommend!
