Dear Drive Thru Worker Lady, Slow down. I can’t understand the blurring of your words. And stop asking«does that complete your order,» I will let you know when I am good and ready. If you hate your job, find a new one. Bye.

Of all the McDonalds dining establishments that I have had the fortunate opportunity to patronize, McDonalds of Hurricane, Utah is roughly equal to the rest. The food here was virtually indistinguishable from that of any other McDonalds at which I have been a guest. However, the density of extra-terrestrial entities seems to be even greater than most McD’s. I have suspicions that this is the mothership due to its astounding average-ness. The cashier with tentacles was quite helpful & lovely if you ever get the chance to chat with her.

Out of all the McDonald’s in Washington county, this one is the worst! The drive thru cashiers are RUDE! They like to forget things on your order too. And the last time we went, our whole family got the shits! We will NEVER go to this location again!

It’s one of the very few national chains in this small town of Hurricane. A joint business with 7-Eleven. And I think the latter has better coffee(plus a variety of International Delight creamers, some I haven’t even seen offered in Colorado!) The wifi is supposed to be free but old isn’t work for me :(

Every time I try to give McDonald’s another chance they always disappoint. At least there are consistent where ever you go. Fun for the kids but not so much for the parents

Ok. It’s McD’s, I really shouldn’t expect much, this location has mediocre service(ATBEST) and they charge you for a cup of water! I could understand if I just went in asking for a water without buying anything, but nope. You’ll be charged either way.

Terrible service. Slow. No one was at the register for over 5 minutes. Employees seem disorganized. Condiments not stocked.

In the past two weeks, I stopped here when I spent my weekends in the vicinity of the South Utah parklands. On my first visit on a Saturday afternoon, the service was fast. On my second visit, around 9PM on Saturday night, the service was slow. It took a few minutes to be acknowledged. When they finally acknowledged me and took my order they were courteous. Regardless of the speed of service, I appreciate this McDonald’s. It is s great deal closer to the motels nearer Zion National Park, and the parks; than the St. George McDonald’s. After reading numerous Unilocal reviews on Hurricane restaurants and peaking in then walking out of a Chinese Buffet, in my heart I felt that eating in McDonald’s would be the safe option. I knew that a Big Mac in Utah tastes the same ad one in Nevada. As far as atmosphere: it sits adjacent to a gas station mini mart. A giant indoor playground with seating makes it very parent and children friendly. Above the main dining room, a TV broadcasted the news. What is kind of neat is that there is a red box for movie rentals in the dining room. It’s location near Zion National Park and south Utah parklands is enough for me to return here.
