No pizza again! This location is notorious for not having anything on the buffet. We waited for 15 minutes then got thin crust and split toppings all the way around. I saw the thinnest slice of pizza ever.

I had a pizza craving and thought I’d give Bosses one more try. True to form they had NO pizza on the buffet at noon when I walked in. Also I don’t know when they did it but they changed the crust to some ultra thin, tough greasy mess. I guess I’ll have to start making the drive to Mama’s in Arlington again.

One of our fav pizza restaurants. I think we always go for the 5 meat. The first ting we order is the salad. It is huge. We add the Red River Ranch dressing with a to-go side. Some kinda spicy. After the salad which is so reasonable priced, we can only eat two slices of pizza. That works out because we have take-home. I think they have quality meats for the pizzas. It has never been very crowded when we have been here. It is good and we keep coming back for more.

The pizza was delicious and covered in toppings!!! This may be my new addiction! Also, the staff was extremely courteous and helpful! Try the red river ranch dressing, it is incredible! You will not be disappointed!

I like the pizza but I give them 3 stars because every time I go here the service is very slow and they serve RC products. The dessert pizza is delicious! Yum! $ 10 Tuesdays is a great deal.

Went for Friday lunch and the buffet was practically bare. The lettuce in the salad bar was limp and dry. Sorely disappointed. Will not be returning.

Bosses Pizza is making Pizza… like a BOSS! Straight out the gate, they have gotten a Five-Star rating! I am checking out pizza places for the month of February and this place really made a great impression. The pizza was a simple sausage and cheese. I placed my order and came back to pick it up 15 minutes later. The guy noticed it wasn’t quite done in the middle and said it would be just a couple more minutes. They had one of these classic pizza ovens, but it was his keen eye for detail about the pizza that truly shows he knows the business of making pizzas.(I have seen others at different places simply rush the customer in and out.) The pizza was still very warm when I got it home 12 minutes later. The crust had an interesting garlic herb hint to it. This was a nice surprise. The tomato paste was not too thick and over all the pizza had good consistency. More pizza’s will be had here! The inside had alot of room in case you might be having a small party, or just enjoying a pizza with the fam. With a name like Bosses Pizza, you can be sure they mean business when it comes to your pizza!

The pizza is great but watch out for the pizza Nazi. Customer service is not his number one priority. He has«if you take it, eat it» signs above the buffet and just in case you didn’t see it, he will remind you. He will tell you that he has to say that because some people will abuse the buffet and waste food and he can’t afford to run a business like that. If you leave more than crust on your plate be prepared to explain why… because he will ask. And be careful about asking for a specific pizza, you may or may not get it. It’s completely up to him. And God forbid you call something the wrong thing because he will argue with you. The quality of the pizza though really is worth going back for.

Went in today for a quick buffet and left very disappointed. Got there a little late in the afternoon but still 35 minutes left on the buffet so I’m thinking we’ve got plenty of time for a couple of fresh slices. Wrong! I grab two small slices and a little salad thinking I’ll wait for a fresh pizza to come out and grab a slice or two and be done. I wait, and wait… no new pizza. 10 minutes go by and a gentleman walks past, I’m guessing the owner, and I ask him if they are going to put any more pizza out. He tells me they don’t like wasting pizza so they are«waiting to see what happens» before they make any more. I tell the guy there are only a couple of old pieces remaining on the bar and he proceeds to count them and tell me there is plenty of pizza left. Reluctantly, it seems, he offers to make us a pizza if we just tell him which kind we want. We paid $ 25.82 for three buffets and between my wife, our daughter, and myself we get scraps that were under the heat lamp when we walked in. Now, my option is to wait until they cook a pizza for us? Had we wanted to wait for them to cook a pizza, we would have ordered one instead of getting the buffet. The pizza wasn’t bad, makes me curious to know how it tastes when it’s FRESH. I’ll never know though because I won’t be back.

Hands down the best pizza in the midcities area. If you are a fan of the legendary Mamas pizza from the FW area, then you will love Bosses. They have a similar buttery garlic crust and the toppings are fresh and get loaded on. They beat any chain pizza place by far! ITheir sandwiches are also delicious, being served on fresh baked bread that is also lightly brushed with a buttery garlic flavor. YUM! have tried the Rufe Snow location as well as this one in Hurst, and both have great tasting food and pleasant staff. The manager at this location was very friendly. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed.

You don’t wanna get stuck with a whole pizza especially after a New Years resolution to watch it. So buffet is the way to go sometimes. I found Bosses Brick Oven Pizza and Sandwiches to be refreshing compared to the options around here. It was clean and down home and the pizza was pretty good. They had a sausage and jalapeño pizza that was dam good. The salad was fresh and green. The staff was friendly and thanked us for coming in. You just can’t get that most places. They have a really nice party room in the back. Glad I went.

When our favorite pizza place Amore’s closed we started searching for the next best thing… we have tried most places in the area and so far nobody has come close. The best thing about Bosses is the appearance of a good pizza. We totally disregarded the price because as long as it’s under $ 20 it is still a reasonable price for a meal but this might be the most expensive pizza I have ever purchased. This is soft flavorless crust pizza. The unpleasant aftertaste lasts a couple hours to make it even worse. I think I would have a hard time eating this pizza if it were free.

This is without a doubt the best pizza around. There’s pizza, and there’s Bosses. It’s old school pizza before buffets ruined it. They do have a buffet and I do agree that they can get a bit slammed at times. It’s not there strength. What they’re best at making the type of high quality pizza that takes you back in time. I’ve watched the owner Dave rearrange the toppings on the pies after he cuts them. The crust is brushed with butter and garlic. They come out looking like a work of art. If you’re a fan of Mama’s you’ll love Bosses. Like I said, get ready to take a trip back In time. A better, simpler pizza time.

This is the worst pizza place I have ever been too. We went for a pre-planned baseball party. They knew 40 people were coming and it took an hour for my 6 year old to get a slice of pizza. I got a refund. My son asked me where the sauce was. The previous week we had a party at Double Dave’s. It was the same prize and the pizza was great and came with salad, peperroni rolls, and dessert. This was just for pizza and they wanted .50 just for a little ranch. The décor is like a flea market and there was no place for dirty plates and they would not come to pick them up. Don’t waste your money or time. Anywhere is better than this place!
