I am forced to come to this Schlotsky’s since «my» store in Euless is being «remodeled». Schlotsky’s is my favorite place to eat. The food is fresh, affordable, and semi-​healthy. This Schlotsky’s is OK but just not the same caliber as the Euless store has been. The employees do not have the «I am here to please you» attitude the other store has. My biggest complaint is they keep this store too damn hot! I swear the thermostat is set at 75 and when you come in all bundled up, you feel like you need to strip! That is the main reason I only give this store 3 stars.

Let me start off by saying I’ve never been so annoyed with a sandwich place in my life. My work got this for lunch today. I order something very simple. A medium sandwich with turkey, cheddar cheese and light mayo. Completely cold. You would have thought I asked for a million dollars. They refused to make my sandwich without melting the cheese… even after they talked to a manger they said no. Not really sure why they can’t make a sandwich like that but they didn’t want too.
Finally we talked them into putting the cheese on the side and even then they didn’t want to do it.

The chicken tortilla soup is AMAZING!!! The baked potato soup comes in a close second! I’m kicking myself that I missed their grand opening, they gave away free food away for a year! What a great way to open with a BANG!
