This place is always nice to us. Today we went in with 11 people for my sons sleepover and the manager made a special pizza for the birthday boy with the number 12 made out of pepperonis!!! Thank you manager on duty!!!

Worst cici’s ever!!! Manager doesn’t care about service. Pizzas were lined up yo be put out but weren’t. My wife special ordered pizza and if took 30 minutes to get it– she had to go to the line to get it!!! Emailed corporate office so Keats see if they care– probably not… pure crap

My first experience here was not good. The manager was rude and service was subpar! The other Cici’s on harwood is way better!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, lots of seating. The buffet is great and the pizza is hot and good. Whenever you ask for a specialty pizza they are very quick to bring it to you.

Well, when it comes to pizza, we all know Cici’s doesn’t have the best pizza in the world, but when it comes to $ 4.99 buffets WHOCARES! haha Cici’s is just one of those places you go to when you are broke and ready to pig out. This location is fairly new, they relocated from 121 and Precinct Ln to this location and in my opinion it was a huge improvement. Even though this place is much smaller, the service got friendlier and the clientele changed a bit too. I kid you not! In their previous location it was a running joke between my husband and I that I always had to see someone’s butt crack. I don’t know why, no matter where you were sitting someone’s crack was smiling at you, it was pretty gross. So far in the new location: –Nicer staff –Cleaner –Nicer sitting areas –Butt crack free We usually order a specialty pizza because we are vegetarians and they are always super fast and nice. I love to go to that location! Other locations, not so much.

This Cici’s is the same group that owned the one that was off of the highway before the building was torn down due to the expansion project of the road over there. The staff is always really nice. They used to have coupons you could pick up sitting on the table for your next visit, but now they are running a happy hour promo so I don’t think they are doing that anymore. But usually on the receipt if you do a survey you get your next visit for the price I remember paying back in the day 3.99 instead of the 5 something it is now. Prices have seemed to slowly go up over the years. They keep the buffet pretty well stocked, the only negatives are they have changed the bread sticks, I have not seen the old school cheesy bread sticks in ages. I do like that they don’t automatically put sauce on the pasta, as other cici’s do; my kid likes her pasta plain, and here she can get all the plain pasta she wants. As well they never seem to have cheese pizza out; plain cheese is a must for somewhere that has any sort of high small children appeal, but that could be just me. When they do have it, it goes quickly which I would assume would mean they should at least keep one out at any given time but a lot of times they don’t. They are usually extremely proactive about keeping this place clean. Which normally I like but it is to the point that even my cups were removed from my table at least two different visit, both times when it was just my daughter and I. Once we went into the game area and were going to go back for desert pizzas and to go thru her winnings, the other I had taken my daughter to the restroom.
