Well hmmmmmm guess it depends on who serves you depends on how big of a portion you get. Lmfao. One scoop portions for me and watch others get two scoops. Asked the manager and she said a serving is one scoop. Hope you get two scoops. GUESSTHEREISACTUALLYNOPORTIONCONTROLBUTDEPENDSONWHOISSCOOPING.

Why do people come here??? Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes.(They should have 2 lanes so you’re not blocked in) then I get to the window and they say it’s another 5 minute wait(turned into 12) I finally get my food and its soggy and terrible! So irritating, didn’t even get an apology for the long wait. How ridiculous

Food was horrible. Overcooked rice, small portion sizes, And long wait time. Just go to a real Chinese Restaurant.

Ordered close to 9:20pm on Thursday night and got home with 2 portions of food which were really half portions. My husband had about barely a quarter cup of beef broccoli and it wasn’t nearly enough food for an adult so I had to give him half of mine. My entrée seemed bigger until I opened the container and it was again a little over a quarter cup of food sitting on top of a ton of rice shoved in the bowl. Wow. Smoke and mirrors. My husband couldn’t believe it. I went there before and got teriyaki chicken and there was a decent amount that time. So portions are either not uniform or there is a bait and switch going on. Very upsetting as my food was 16 bucks which was not enough to feed one person. RIPOFF. One way to make more money for your company is to not give people any actual food. Haha. You suck.

Panda is fine in a pinch, and their teriyaki chicken is good, as long as they cook it completely(be sure and check it before leaving… I have seen them serve it still bloody). But on more than one occasion I have done the drive thru, to find that the serving size is COMPLETELY different in drive thru than walk up to counter. Today was ridiculously so! Serving of sesame chicken breast had 4 little pieces of chicken, and few other pieces of fried dough! Complete abuse of drive thru customers. Last time I will fall for this nonsense. Again, its fine in a pinch or if in hurry… but go inside and watch them make your to go order. Don’t trust them to hand it out the window too you! Shame Panda…

My family decided to come here for a last minute dinner after shopping all day.(myfirst) after reviewing the menu and ordering i was too excited to eat. It was almost closing time so we were stopped at the door and told to use the drive thru.(I like to order in to make sure everything is correct) after ordering our food was handed t us by a mexican male who we asked if it was everything because we was looking light. He said yes and we trusted it. On the way back home we noticed they only gave us 1 of our 2 orders! After calling the restaurant they told us it was nothing they was going to do and to just come back another time with receipt. I then became angry because hello, were hungry tonight not tomorrow! Can I get a refund? I was told I would have to come back for that! So you mean to tell me all I can do about anything is come back on tomorrow? Then he went on to tell me that they are reviewing the video tapes and see they are handing me the food! REALLY??? This then sent me over the top because NEVEREVER in my 8 years of customer service would I have dared to accuse a customer of lying about not receiving their food. This is the dumbest thing he could have came up with! I’m like yeah we have 1 order so now you need to review those same tapes and see where the other bag is! I can’t believe my night here. I didn’t go back, contacted corporate but, no response yet. I just NEVEREVER want to have anything to do with another panda express. 8 years ago when my Boss talked to me in that interview room and told me that first impressions are EVERYTHING and could possibly make or BREAK your business, I SEEWHATHEMEAN. This experience was so horrible I don’t even want Chinese food in general for a while. Sucks!

I have been eating this Panda fairly often for a year or so now. Never had any trouble. The food is always fresh. Love the brown steamed rice.

Get the Panda bowl! It’s a lot cheaper and you get less food so you’re not stuffing your face to try to finish to two plate entrée. Great orange chicken obvi.

Great customer service – quickly made up more mixed veggies for me and their portions were very generous. I skipped my usual order of spring rolls due to the portion sizes of everything else. I had the mushroom chicken and broccoli beef and I have to say for fast food chinese, it was very flavorful and filling. No complaints. I’m giving it 4 stars for the friendly and accomodating staff; I realize that this isn’t fine dining or cuisine.

My score is not a reflection of their food or service. It is actually the management and corporate office’s response to an issue I recently addressed with them. Recently, I ordered a dish of theirs called Mushroom Chicken. I have ordered this dish many times and is normally quite delicious. The entre includes Chicken, Mushrooms, Zuchini, and a brown sauce. This particular time, when I bit into it, the cook had made it spicy with the little red pepper flakes, we call«devil peppers» because they are hard to see. I called and reported this and the entrée was pulled and remade. The manager took my name and advised me to return at my convenience and the order would be replaced. A few days later, I returned and reordered. When I got home and tried the first bite, there was a cruch and nutty flavor. Upon inspection of the entrée, I discovered a entrée full of peanuts. I immediately called the resturant back and the manager wasn’t in, so I spoke with a shift leader. She wasn’t phased with the discovery and just told me to come back for a replacement. I advised that was not the reason for the call. I have a friend that is deathly allergic to peanuts and could have died if she had the entrée. The response was one of oh well. I then emailed the corporate office of the incident giving dates and names of whom I had spoken to. The corporate office called me the next day and advised that they would speak with the person over that resturant about cross contamination from not cleaning the woks enough between dishes. I advised that neither case was a left over, rather a full measurement like someone was trying to change the dish itself. I even advised of the fear of someone who is allergic to peanuts getting this by accident. The lady from corporate told me that they have signs up advising of possible residue appearing in the entrees and that if someone is allergic to peanuts, then they shouldn’t be eating out. WRONG Answer! Although I do love the food, I am inclined to not return due to the lack of responsibility for customer’s safety. Boo to the corporate office for their lack of concern.
