Love the food, hate the service. My order is never ready as promised, there are several people behind the counter but no one actually doing anything. Half my order is cold each visit. This is my last visit here. Not worth the aggravation. I will stick with Red Panda.

My wife and I have eaten lunch and dinner at this location many times and have been satisfied with the service and the food. Unfortunately, today was the the 2nd visit in a row that the food was not up to standard. The crunch rolls were half the size they normally are, rice was undercooked and there wasn’t much meat in our entrées. We’ll think twice before coming back.

I really like Pei Wei. However, tonight we tried this location for the first time and we were super disappointed. My thai dynamite had hardly any sauce or flavor. My rice was an overcooked mushy mess. Hubby also commented on how bad his food was. If we had eaten there instead of getting take out, I absolutely would have sent the dish back. We most likely won’t be back to this location.

I have been here a couple of times and am always pleased with the food. The portions are huge, I love that I can easily make 2 meals out of it.

Location is not the best. The food is great, but do not expect your order to be done correctly if doing so online. They always skimp on the«add extra meat». The new offer they have to add a sushi plate is not worth it. The sushi is subpar. Just go down the road to nikko next to aquatots for legitimate sushi dishes.

I’ll never eat at Pei Wei again! Pei Wei no longer supports our troops. They used to give a military discount but when I went in here today, I was told by the manager that the corporate office stopped giving it. There’s one thing to have never offered a military discount. But to once give one and then pull it away is a kick in the face to an entire military community. Enjoy the freedom our troops provide you Pei Wei… We vote with our wallets!

Was the first one in at 10:30 to order take-out. Walked to restroom while waiting and the entire place was FILTHY!!! The rugs around drink machine hadn’t been cleaned ever it appeared. All the seats I saw had food in them. The floor front to back was covered in food. Counters haven’t been dusted in days and the restroom stunk like it hasn’t been disinfected… Food is usually above par but can’t help wondering what the kitchen looks like with this level of poor management!

Caramel chicken was great! The toppings came in a separate container and it was mostly shredded carrots. The pieces of chicken were twice the size of a bite so I had to cut them in half. Staff was friendly. Food came out fast. I will be back for more soon!

The food is good enough, but at this location, the service is just too slow and inaccurate, and they seem unconcerned with customer service. I can think of half a dozen Asian restaurants in a 2 mile radius that provide better food and better service. It’s not worth wasting your time here.

Two entrées and sushi to go since we were in the area. None of the rice was cooked. Pei Wei, you have ONEJOB. We wound up putting the entrees in the microwave with water to try to salvage our dinner. The sushi was a loss. If we lived closer, we would would have returned, but we don’t. How do you serve severely –CRUNCHY– undercooked rice at an Asian restaurant?

Good gosh, what a MISERABLE group of people work at this new(ish) location: every single time I’ve called or come in, I have to pretty much stare down the cashier, despite the fact that I’m almost always the only one in line, and they’re examining their manicures. No smile, no greeting is sadly the norm, even from what I presume are the«Managers»(i.e. the only ones with button-up shirts). I also quickly found out that you have to ASK for a single napkin with your order, even if you’ve paid for an entrée and multiple apps.(When I did politely ask, I received. .. two. Thankfully, I brought my shirtsleeves with me.) Luckily, they follow the chain’s normal template, so the food is what you’d expect, so far, but the apathy and laziness have come on far too soon for such a new establishment.

Great lunch place and not too busy on a Saturday. The food was lukewarm and service was kind of slow but overall the quality of the food is always outstanding.

Good food with nice flavor and it is very clean. Will frequent here. Would like to see pictures of their dishes to decide what to have each time. Especially like the fact they have take out boxes on the counter where you do not have to ask for them.

wow. very disappointed. Korean Spicy just tastes like soy sauce & corn starch. Pei Wei spicy was overly sweet & not at all spicy. pot stickers are actually deep-fried wontons. ours came way overcooked. we’ve been eating at pei wei for years. first time trying this new location because it’s so close to work. totally a waste of money & the FiRST time pei wei has ever disappointed. the kid who bussed our tables was a total sweetheart.

First time visiting here and i found the food very good and the cashier was very helpful pointing out items on the menu and even recommended dishes based on my tastes and what i liked. Dont know her name but the receipt says AM Cashier #2. Good customer service. Thank you and will be back.

I ordered the Pei Wei spicy chicken that tasted good but asked for lo mein noodles and instead got pasta noddles. Who would want pasta noodles with a Chinese dish. When they asked if you wanted fried rice or noodles I was thinking lo mein noodles not pasta noodles.

Food good as always. Restaurant messiest I’ve ever been in. 9 tables open, all dirty. So couldn’t sit down. Staff not very happy when I asked them to clean. Will still come back for food, but maybe just to go.

My first time to eat at Pei Wei. The service was great, the girl behind the counter was very helpful in explaining how to order and even asked my preferences and made suggestions for me! Had the steak teriyaki, was delicious, withe exception of the rice not being cooked enough for my taste. Also tried the spring roll, very good. Will definitely go back for more soon! Was also reasonably priced.

We ordered the chicken wraps along with crab wontons. Both were exactly as they should be, full of flavor and hot. Wontons were nice and crispy with a crab and cheesy center. The lettuce wraps came with plenty of lettuce and chicken. A nice surprise here is that they serve wine and beer. Not your usual fast food. You can see and hear them cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of choices to pick from for those non alcoholic drinkers. We were there on the second day open, it was running like a top.
