Be prepared to wait… slowest drive thru EVER. And you won’t get a full cup of coffee. They tell you they can add milk to make it look like more. Every time I order, there is a good inch of space between the lid and my first sip.

10 out of 10 times, this place is slow as snails. 8 out of 10 times, they messed up your drinks. The place inside is smaller than most I have been to and little messier also. The staffs are not friendly at all. They look like we’re here to bother them or something. It’s the only that within 5 miles radius of my house that has a drive thru.

Waited in one of those single-​file-​cant-​leave-​without-​asking-​the-​person-​behind-​you-​to-​back-​up line for 15 minutes wanting a peppermint hot chocolate. Finally get to the drive thru and they’re out of peppermint… settled for a regular hot chocolate and it was watered down and burnt my tongue. Deciding against Starbucks as a company after far too many of these instances. Annoyed.

Slowest drive thru ever. I have tried it probably fifteen times at this point, and every time it is painfully slow… Even when there are only a couple people in line. One day it took me fifteen minutes to get through the line when there were only three people in front of me, and when I got to the window they said that I was waiting so long because they had to go to the back to get soy milk for my drink, then asked me to pull over and wait so they could make my drink. They gave me the drink for free for waiting so long, but you know what I wanted more than a free drink? Not having to wait twenty minutes for my beverage to be made

I like Starbucks but this location really has been the slowest that I have encountered going to lots of different Starbucks I happened to be looking through the drive-​through window and I could see the counter front and it was so filthy underneath their cups and trash and paper think Starbucks needs to focus on cleanliness. Because it’s only being masked by there Beautiful things. It 9:13am. If this is within hours. Then I can imagine all day they were not busy when I was there. Just wanted to updated. I got a loose stomach. After drinking there product. No ever have u had this at any other location.

–Love how new and clean it is
–Don’t love how they are scamming you out of a full cup of coffee… it is always AT LEAST 1.5″-2″ below the cup marker.
–Hate the parking lot.
–People are nice though

I give 4 stars for the very nice upgrade, but the staff here seem very unhappy, inattentive, and unfriendly. Additionally, I ordered 2 drinks, received 1 promptly, but waited 10mins for my second, which NONE of the baristas asked if I had ordered anything else. I was standing right next to them with no acknowledgment. Very upsetting.

I love this particular Starbucks. They are quick, the baristas are friendly and they are always on point. It’s near the TCC Northeast campus so at any given time you can find students in here chatting or studying but they’re never overly loud or obnoxious. The construction on 183 makes the location a bit inconvenient to turn into but after that’s over and down with it will be #1 on my list of Starbucks locations. Always a good choice to start your day off right or even for a midday break!

I will never understand why the drive-​thru always snakes around the building. I usually resort to the Starbucks in the nearby Target if I want to get in, get out, and get on with my llife.

As far as Starbucks goes, this is as good as it gets:
* It is attractive, spacious, and clean.
* Lots of places to plug-​in your computer and work!
* Wi-​fi is pretty reliable.
* They don’t play music too loud.
* Management is great.
* Lovely, personable baristas.
Only negative is the parking lot is a LITTLE awkward — but it’s not a major inconvenience. You will know easily if there is any seating available when you drive by and see how many vacant parking spaces there are. And of course there’s a drive-​through! This is one of those places I will be taking my friends from out of town.
When construction on the freeway is complete, this spot is going to be killer.

The interior is one of, if not the nicest looking starbucks I’ve been in. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only negative is they consistently have a very slow drive thru line, so if you see three or four cars expect about a 15 minute wait.

Brand new location, next to Potbelly Sandwiches, Target, McDonald’s, Outback, and Pei Wei. In n out burger isn’t far either.
Been there twice and each time the baristas were great and more helpful than most!
Great mix of couches, small tables, and one big family-​style dining table inside.
Outside, they have an area sectioned off from the parking lot with a privacy fence type of thing, roof, and ceiling fans. Looove! Great place to hang out.
Outside of that, they have the standard tables with umbrellas.
So far its my fav. location after the one downtown in Barnes and noble!

This is a brand new location. Everything is very nice and top notch inside of the store. Walking in is a great experience. The coffee smell is powerful, but not too powerful. All of the employees are very sweet and very quick at the jobs.
The location is very good, and will be even better once the construction on 183 is done. Now you can skip trying to make the Starbucks near Boomerjacks, where once you get your coffee you have to follow the frontage road for like 2 miles before you can get back on the highway.
Short and sweet review, but I was very impressed. Try this place out!

I love this particular starbucks! the staff is always friendly and this one guy always make suggestions for me to try!
I got a venti passion lemonade one time and he said to add apple juice in it next time to make it better and so I did. It made it even sweeter from the lemonade; which sometimes can make it tangy.
I’ve been here everyday since the internet at home is broken and I dont know why…

Happy, Happy, Happy.
If I was a coffee drinker I would make sure that I visited this place regularly.
I was stuck in this coffee shop when a freak flash flood storm came by while I was in the T-​Mobile store close by.
Since my girlfriend enjoys coffee (and the building has somewhat of an awning) we braved the storm so we could get something to drink and snack till the storm surge passed.
I LOVE THE STAFF HERE.
They turned a inconvenient situation into a very enjoyable experience.
The staff was having fun with each other and included us after the greeting. Haley was so hyped about the Sour Cream and Chile chips that we couldn’t help but try them out ourselves.
I don’t even remember what drinks we ordered (I probably got a tea), but in the small time that we were there they have changed whatever preconceived idea I had of Starbucks employees.
If anyone associated with that store is reading this, thank you for the great time. :)
