I detest this office. The staff thinks they know everything and sadly they are far from omniscient. They are ignorant and rude. Shelly is a loathsome human being and I will never go back. Great customer service you guys.

The office staff is extremely rude.
My daughter had her cleaning and after the office staff accused us of calling in wrong insurance info into there office the day before? We never called in wrong info then 10 minutes after the woman continued to argue with us she then realized that we gave the information 2 months ago and we were on the list. I called to speak to the office manager and they would not contact me to her. I recieved a phone call a little later from another lady in the office and she did nothing but make the matter worse. She would not let me speak and she continued to over speak me. By the end of the conversation she advs that since I was not going to return to there office that there was no reason to continue to talk. All I wanted was for the office staff to understand I work for a Doctor office and they should not treat people like this. I will never return to that office. And I hope this helps others to know that they should not go tho this clinic either.

He has too many patients and you can’t get in for an appointment.
I went in November for a routine cleaning. I was told that I needed a «deep scale cleaning» and I’m a girl who’s never had a cavity her whole life. It hurt like hell. I was told I’d need to come back for another deep scale cleaning for the other side of my mouth. They never called.
I called in June and was told I couldn’t have an appointment until September. I was like what? no. I’m a teacher. I need a SUMMER appointment at any time you would like. We have nothing available. We’ll call you when there’s a cancellation. Nobody ever called me again for a month.
So I got another dentist who can see me, and the hygienist measured all my gums and said I did not need another deep scale cleaning. I strongly suspect the first deep cleaning wasn’t needed at all and Dr. Charles Bradley’s office robbed me of a couple hundred bucks that insurance wouldn’t cover.
I figure if I ever have a dental emergency I want a dentist who won’t give me the run around. I am extremely disgusted with Charles Bradley DDS. I had my mouth and my wallet raped.
