To Corporate: Purchased a washer/dryer and had to wait 2 weeks to use it. Your delivery facility’s customer service is HORRIBLE. I am a Customer Service Regional Coordinator and strongly recommend a Kaizen for that area of your business. I was hung up on and transferred repeatedly. Most of the representatives could not find my account. I asked several times not to be placed on hold and was placed on hold anyway. Called from my cell, held for 36 minutes, remained on hold and called from my work phone, just to be placed on hold by the same rep. This carried on for 2 days before I got actual assistance. Finally spoke with a manager named DERRICK who promised to get someone out to help me and he sent them out on the wrong day! I had to demand that a driver be sent back out because it was not my error. For TWOWEEKS I experienced the worse customer service of my life, all because the delivery guys did not turn on the water!!! You guys ended up sending out 6 people! The 2nd set barely pulled the unit out and deemed it «defective». I surmise that this diagnosis was due to the fact that I was their last stop at 5pm. Thankfully you guys sent out QUINCY and VICTOR who took the time to find a solution. They pulled the unit out, tightened the hoses, and turned the water on. I had explained to the previous techs as well as everyone I spoke with, that the washer gave an error code which stated there was an issue with the hoses and water. QUINCY and VICTOR are definitely assets to your team!!! I would appreciate a call to give full details of the nightmare I experienced.

Bought a refrigerator here 6 months ago and have had nothing but problems since delivery day. Six service calls later and multiple requests for a service manager to call me and I still have an ice maker that leaks water all over my floor and has never made a single batch of ice. I am now dealing with the manufacture as Conns has done nothing to help me. Very frustrating. I should have bought a used fridge on Craigslist.

Beware of Conn’s! They don’t stand behind the products they sell you! definitely do not use their credit! You might be left on the hook for something that has zero value. I git a defective bed that was only good for two months. Now I’m left hanging.
