I’m a regular at Freebirds in the area, this location is probably the slowest service of them all. Their workers don’t seem to know how to multi-task, and seem to take forever to get anything done. Over all disorganized and poor management. Not the Freebirds Standard.

What a great experience tonight. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. We used to frequent the alliance location multiple times a week but have since moved to the Euless area. We tried the grapevine location but was very displeased every time we went there. Tonight’s visit has made us realize that y’all are going to be our new freebirds location. Nice job!

First off, I’ve only been to Freebirds twice in my life. The first time years ago was horrible but a friend told me to give them another shot, so i did. I’m so glad that i did because now i can say i tried but will never go back again. The food is not fresh or at least it doesn’t taste that way, not to mention its so much more expensive than lets say«chipotle» for sub par quality. To top it off i was charged for guacamole and i didn’t even order guacamole. Mostly my fault for not double checking the receipt until i got home but it shouldn’t be that hard to charge your customers according to what they order. It wasn’t all bad though, i ate some chips and drank a coke those were at least good.

The services is the worst. The food was semi cold and the serving of the beef nachos was a joke.

Why are there so many Fly’s in the food line? People serving food and pretending the Fly’s don’t exist. Get to my table with my burrito but I can’t stop thinking about all the Fly’s… Not so hungry any more. I have been to Freebirds in Austin, College Station, Houston and here… Never saw a dirty Freebirds like this one before. Please clean up your act, this is nasty.

The food here is great. I frequent this place for lunch and dinner. Lines are never too long and the service most times is ok. Servers at this location always seem high and are just not very customer savvy. They always seem to be goofing off. I’ll keep coming here because the food is good… Still not not sure if I prefer it over chipotle. Might be a tie.

I have zero complaints about the food. It’s awesome. But I give this one star review because the last two times I visited, our burrito guys have used vulgar language and blasphemy. I know Freedbirds is supposed to be «hip» and«cool» but I don’t appreciate people speaking like that in front of my wife. I work a customer service job and it is seriously just common sense to not talk that way to customers. To add insult to injury, on our last visit the restaurant was like 88 degrees inside. It made it hard for me to overlook the slouchy customer service.

WOW! This is a great restaurant. I eat Freebirds about 1 – 2 times a week and the taste is always so fresh and yummy! I cannot think of anything negative to say. This is several steps above chipotle because they have more varieties(beans, meats, cheeses, sizes, kinda of tortillas, ect). The atmosphere is so laid back and easy going.

Food not nearly as good as Chipotle imho. Nicer to sit in; comfortable seats, good music etc.

Freebirds got its start outside of California on University Drive in College Station. Freebirds is a religion among Aggies second only to the Dixie Chicken. I have been enjoying Freebirds for fifteen years. In the old days I would walk from my dorm to Freebirds. How do you keep your burrito from falling apart? Leave the foil on the burrito. Open the foil an inch or so at a time. My typical burrito is 1000 calories in the«Freebird» size. My burrito swells to 1200 calories for the«Monster» size. If you are calorie counting, this is not the place for you. If you are poor, a college kid, or a poor college kid this can be a one meal a day stop. For chicken the price starts at $ 6.75. If you hold out to early afternoon you can literally have a day with an $ 8-$ 9 food budget. More money for drinking!

Great food but terrible service. I did, however, find a hair in my food and my co worker had a bone from the chicken in her salad. Didn’t feel the need to tell the manager because she(Daina), sat at a table eating while there were 4 customers in line and then proceeded to talk about another customer right in front of us. Pathetic. Never had this kind of(non) service at Freebirds.

This ain’t Chipotle! Because Chipotle can’t even compare. Freebirds is hands down the champion when it comes to the burrito war. With all their selections to make a killer burrito I’ll just say it… Chipotle should be embarrassed to be located within a rocks throw. Freebirds is amazing from the food to the décor. I am so thankful to find such an amazing burrito joint. And before I go let me just state that their queso is just out of this world! Couple their chips and queso with a fresh burrito and you’ll be saying«holy guacamole!»

Just as good as any location with a great staff. Great queso and habanero sauce and their steak burritos are the best.

Made to order food, lots of options, everything tastes fresh, good value for what you get, and even long lines mover pretty quickly. My only complaints are that this location is a little cramped and the staff members are super chatty.

If u like chipotle… u will LOVE freebirds. Same concept, wayyyyyyy more options and who doesn’t love options?!? I usually go for the salad bowl because I’m calorie and carb conscious(it’ll pay off In the future) but hey… the ingredients are so delicious I promise u won’t miss that tortilla :) its got the whole«build ur own» thing going on, so there’s very little room for dissatisfaction here. U make ur way down the line selecting ingredients. I love and adore their black beans, some of the best I’ve ever had. Fresh pico, several different salsas, fajita veggies, queso fresco(mmm), shredded cheeses, 2 different types of rice, and the meats. The very best thing behind that glass is the roasted garlic. omg yesss gimme that now! Delish! Their food is always fresh and fully satisfying. Everyone that works here is really hip and trendy, think hippie meets surfer. i like it, and their attitudes match the vibe. Restaurant is clean and I like the higher volume music. it goes with the theme. I’ve never had a bad experience here. I knocked off a star strictly for price. its a little high for my liking, but that doesn’t stop me from enjoying it occasionally :)

Good music and food, and yes it’s either chipotle or freebird, overall freebirds has variety and bigger burrito choices! Free-your-bird

You’re either a Chipotle fan or a Freebirds fan. I love Chipotle. I’ve been to this place a few times and it’s alright, I guess. People can argue that there is a wider selection here, but I’d rather take a few good choices over a lot of mediocre choices. That’s my story and I’m sticking to it!

I’ve been here three times since it’s open and I always get hybrid beef burrito with mexican rice, black beans, jalepanos, corn, and a lot of the habanero sauce!!! and best of all, its only 6 bucks to fill me up!!! :)
