WORSTPLACEEVER!!! First of all no one speaks English here so its very hard to understand anything they’re saying which that alone is very frustrating. My husband and son were recommended to this place to get fitted for their tuxes for my sisters wedding. We were told by the place they were ordering from just to get measured here and call in our measurements. The owner refused to take our measurements because he wouldn’t make any money off of us. A little understandable but most places will take your measurements for free. Anyways, they ordered their suits about 3 weeks before the wedding. Which was a good thing he did because the man ordered my husband wide leg pants when he specifically told him numerous times to get him slim fitted pants. My husband ended up having to drive an hour away to get fitted somewhere else because the man kept saying that was the only style of pants they had. When the suites were ready the owner still didn’t have a price for us. How do you have the order for that long and still not know what to charge?!? However, we did pay a $ 100 deposit. So I get there to pick up the suites and the man just writes my credit card number down on a piece of paper. Again something I’m not very comfortable with him doing. I told him not to charge my card with out calling me first. He agreed. When it was time to return the suites I still had not been charged. When I went to take the suites back after the wedding no one knew what to do. I walked in with 2 men’s suites and a woman that works there pointed to the dressing room and said«try on». Um… NO! I’m here to return them. No one knew how to do a return. They couldn’t give me ANY type of receipt showing I brought them back. So what did I do? I laid every piece of clothing out on their counter and took pictures of what I had returned so they couldn’t say I never returned them. 2 days after I returned the suites I checked my bank account and they charged me $ 861.00!!! FOR1ADULTAND1CHILDSUIT… My husband called them and they had entered the price wrong and refunded us some of the money but told him they had to charge him double for his suit because he ordered too early… WHAT?!? If he hadn’t ordered early he would have been walking down the aisle in pants that were 2 feet wide. I have never experienced anything like this before and the BBB will be hearing from me as well!!!

I wish I had read Crystal’s review first. I never would have walked in the door. I was referred as well as Reena to Mr. Lee. I was told to tell him how I want it done and it would be so. Like Crystal he dallied at giving me an estimate of how much it would cost for WEEKS! When I wanted to take the materials back he was giving me a new deadline and a BUNCH of EXCUSES as to why it took so long. I feared I was not being listened too. I gave him my directions, materials, verbally and I texted what I wanted done more than three times before. He said he would make it like the«original» I told him that it was faulty and I did not want that. He nodded his head as if he understood and proceeded to be friendly as well as acknowledge what I wanted. LACKOFCOMMUNICATION. I was clear in what I wanted even printed out the directions which made the case unique and you could not buy on line. I was willing to pay a lot for it to be done. What I got was a duplicate of the bag I DIDNOTWANT. Nothing was done the way I asked. Example I wanted attachments for back pack straps, a lining to be reflective from heat in the bag. Plus it was bigger than the original and not useful for a harp bag. I need it secure not shushing around. I was too nice and paid and regret it ever since. I treat people like I want to be treated. If he communicated with me and told me why he had to copy the old bag I would have thanked him for his time and taken my materials back. He did no such thing. If he would have told me that the reflective lining was too flimsy for his machines before sewing I would have taken my stuff back and been respectful. If he told me he could not follow the directions I gave him and that it made no sense. I would have taken them back and acknowledge his wisdom. Unfortunately for me he did no such thing. If you have a specialty item, I recommend you go elsewhere. He will only do what he wants. Crystal was lucky to even get a discount. All I got was excuses and here is the price.

I have had Grace Tailor hem many things for me over the years and have always been happy… but I took a blanket that I had made for my son to get it embroidered. The owner told me 6 days… I came back on the 8th day… it was not ready, He said to give him a few more days like 2. I came back 4 days later… still not ready. I asked for my blanket and he said to give him 1 more day. So I gave him 2 and it was ready when I came to pick it up today. Only… the stitching looked weird on the Big letter that was embroidered, when I touched the blanket it was hard where the gap in the stitching was… I asked why it looks that way, he said it was coming unraveled so he had to GLUE it! It Looks terrible. He ruined a blanket I made for my son… and lost a long time client. I will not go back. He did discount my blanket(It cost $ 12 for 4 letters of embroidery… but in my oppinion it should not have cost me anything since he ruined it! VERYVERYDISAPPOINTED! :(

I was referred to Mr. Lee to get my jeans altered. I walked in and was greeted by Mr. Lee. He is a very friendly guy. My jeans were done in a few days so I went to go pick them up. They did an amazing job on my jeans. It didn’t even look like it was tailored… thats how good Mr. Lee is! I found my new tailor. Thanks to my friend who referred me!
