If you are short on time, do not come here. The woman is rude, customer service is subpar. I waited 10 minutes for a water. When I finally did receive one, the lid was dirty with coffee grounds.

So i went here for the first time today at 6pm and the service was REALLY terrible. i got iced caramel macchiato and because of the cheap plastic cup and lid, it spilled all of my white shirt. I went back to the place and told the employee that its leaking but the answer was«theres nothing to do about it» and THATISIT. I got all those coffee stains on my shirt and the employee isn’t really sorry about it. he was like it always happen with a SMILE. Well why didn’t he tell me first BEFORE I GETMYFREAKINCOFFEE? anyways, im not goin to this place. I would love to talk to the manager that i wouldn’t hire this worker if i were you.

I really, really like this place. I love that they use a toddy for their iced coffee versus Starbucks just refrigerating hot coffee. I like the Makers Mark chocolates they sell and most of the baristas are really nice. Their pastries aren’t anything to swoon over but they’re decent just like the rest of their food. I’d pick them over Starbucks any day, just wish they’d offer some sort of loyalty perk or punch card.

So let’s say you’re in the Northeast Mall area and you want a cup of coffee. You could go to Starbucks, because as usual there’s one on-site in the Shops. But why would you do that when there’s a gem of a coffee shop right inside the mall proper? This is an example of a corporate owned coffee shop gone right. It’s intimate, it’s got genuinely friendly baristas, it has menu items that you won’t see at other coffee shops. I didn’t even know you COULD cold brew coffee, but they do, and it is good. If you’re not feeling adventurous, then rest at ease knowing that their regular coffee is strong and delicious. Is it perfect? No. The prices are a little too high, and it does get crowded semi often. The food especially is way overpriced, as are the bottled beverages that they have available. But that’s all too typical for today’s coffee shops, and the fact that they have genuinely tasty coffee and a fresh breath of personality that doesn’t come through in green, white and grey decorating has been enough to keep me coming here over Starbucks time after time.

I was in need for some coffee and decided to try this Coffee Bar out. The staff here were friendly. My Mocha coffee was good but tend to be a bit more on the sweet side even when I asked for it to be sugarfree. Their small size for coffee is a really big size so I am not complaining! I walked out paying $ 4 for my coffee. I did enjoy it and would love to try other items off the menu.

I come here at LEAST twice a week(I work in the mall). I have the option to go to Starbucks right outside the mall but the staff in here are sooo friendly. Sometimes I find myself just chit chatting ’cause they’re so funny to talk to. Usually, I’ll walk in and they already know what to make for me(iced coffee with white chocolate syrup). Strong with a hint of sweetness. Simple&Perfect! They also provide typical coffee bar deli items such as sandwiches, salads and so on. Majority of the food is very average and expensive. Once in awhile, I’ll grab a salad from their bar for lunch. Again, expensive but I really enjoy their champagne vinaigrette and rather not fight the crowds in the food court. They used to sell this decadent, flaky chocolate croissant that I would have with my coffee every time. Unfortunately, it’s no longer available. I have yet to find another that’s comparable.

I don’t drink coffee, but I do enjoy their yogurt parfaits. Sadly a rude person was working there on the night I went. There were no parfaits on display so I went to the counter and asked. She said she had no time to make one at that moment. I looked around and said, so you’re not making anymore this evening. She said nope. I don’t appreciate lazy people.

Ok, so as far as the coffee goes, I can’t judge it(I don’t drink coffee). But, I did get a big cup of iced black tea and it had a delicious robust flavor(not your typical watered down variety). The staff was friendly when I made a little conversation with her and I got my drink just as quick as I paid for it(but once again, I ordered an iced tea so… well you know).
