They don’t have enough help and are not actually a part of JC Penney’s. I was told by a manager that they lease this place under the JC Penneys name. I am currently in the midst of a problem with them in which I even had to write the store manager of Penney’s to try to get something done. The story is too long to go into, but suffice it to say I would not reccommend that you use them.
