It finally happened. I got tired of the service and frame quality of Walmart Eye Care. I wanted more options and selections in frames and sunglasses that I decided its as time to visit a LensCrafters. Upon walking in I was immediately greeted by Chris and asked the purpose of my visit. He asked some basic information such as color preference, material type and so forth to get us started looking for some new frames and sunglasses. We went through several different styles and Chris made some great suggestions and provided lots of information about each of the brands. Once I decided on the ones, he started to ring in my order. Chris was very personable, provided great conversation and found out about me and how I would use my glasses. LensCrafters uses a special digital measuring system which adds a little more time to your visit but it seems to be worth the trouble. Shortly after my visit i came back to the store to pick up my new prescription glasses and sunglasses. I was greeted this time by Eric who, asked how he could help and went to get my purchase for me. Although he wasn’t making a sale off of me, he provided great customer service and conversation, making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He commented on the look and style of my glasses and made me even happier to have come to this store and made my purchase. I’ll be making my future purchases here.

Incredibly slow. They completely skipped over my boyfriend’s name on the wait list. Not one, not two, but four people were taken care of even though they signed in afterwards. We waited to for 45mins to get contacts only to finally be told that they don’t sell them there and that it was the place next door. By the time we were done waiting the place was already closed. Employees were not the least bit considerate, and may I say were slightly racist.

They are understaffed and have no urgency to help customers. I would not advise you go to this location. I waited for 2 hours in line just to get fitted for glasses. Then when I came to pick my glasses up I had to wait in a huge line again.

Things started off well enough when we picked out a pair of glasses, but things quickly went down hill from there. First, I had new lenses put int an older pair of frames and those glasses were ready the following day. When I came in to pick them up the guy«helping» us was talking so low and soft that my wife and I couldn’t hear him which was probably because he was asleep. This guy didn’t care and seemed annoyed that we were asking him to give me my glasses. He was further put out when I asked for new ear pieces since the old ratty ones weren’t replaced. Needless to say this guy was about as worthless as they come. Three days later I come in to pick up my 2nd pair of glasses and I waited 40 minutes to just PICKUP my glasses. It was busy, but we were the 2nd customer waiting to pick up glasses. Instead of just giving me my glasses and letting me leave they made me wait… brilliant! When my wife and I decided it was just time to go we proceeded to leave while passing by the employees and they didn’t say a word… no surprise. Overall this location is a joke and whoever is «managing» this location needs to be fired. After spending $ 750 on two pairs of glasses you would think they would give damn. Please go elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

i really dont like the customer service here. i waited 1.4 hours to just PICKUP my glasses. granted they were kinda busy but someone should really be proactive and do something. they ran off a list. and people who came in after me were being called? i think that if you have 9 people waiting to pick up glasses in the back, stick 1 person to the back and start handing out glasses. –__-. and when you walk in no one really greets you or even tells you what to do, its like… okay do i stand here and wait for service, i had to figure out there was a sign in sheet, okay thats fine, but at least have someone making sure everyone is helped. go to eyemasters.

By far the best lenscrafters I have been to yet. They really know what they are doing at this store. I wish they weren’t so far away!
