This Funeral Home had to give the worst service I have ever seen for being in a service industry. When I called about the deceased I was told the funeral was Friday at 10:15 at the Funeral Home. When I went to the viewing the night before, I was informed that we needed to be at the Funeral Home at 8:30 in the morning for the family to pay last respects then the procession would go to the Dallas National Cemetary. Upon the arrival at 8:30 am the casket was already in the hearse and had to be removed for the family to pay their last respects. They never advised everyone the protocol for the procession i.e.not stopping for lights etc. They did not provide an escort for the trip. Half the procession was lost. They were not informative, or attentive to the family in any respects. I have told my spouse that if he were to put me there I would get out of the casket and kick him. They did make a good case for pre-​planning your funeral anywhere else.
