McDonald’s

My friend and I went to the location to grab a quick bite to eat. Whenever we arrived at my house all the way in Keller Roanoke area, we had realized that his wallet had fallen out of my door handle in my car. So I called the location and spoke to a gentleman named Carlos and explain to him the situation and begged him to please check the parking lot before I made the 20 to 30 minute drive back to Hurst. He said he would and took down my number and said he’d call me back. Well my friend urgently needed his wallet so we decided to drive while waiting for the call. The call never came. We pulled up and there was no cars in the parking lot and none in the Drive-​Thru and there is the wallet in the middle of the parking lot. So I’ll call back and nonchalantly asked him if he had found the wallet and he said no and that he had sent a couple employees out to look to the exact place I told him where it was but they didn’t find it. Which was a straight up lie. I called him out on his lie and he started to backtrack and say oh I haven’t spoken with the employees yet. And I told him he straight-​up lied to me and he wouldn’t give me any explanation. Never in a million years would I expect an employee of a restaurant not give one ounce of care to a customer’s severe loss of a wallet. Totally disappointed and will never be back!

I think the drive thru people are great, but one of the women who work the front register is very rude to anyone she doesn’t have a personal interest in. Not sure her name, but i’ve also stopped going there.

Went thru the drive thru two days ago. orderd a chicken sandwich extra mayo, four nuggets and medium fries. Got back home after errands to find a cheese burger no chicken, soaked in ketchup mustard, and the mayo i requested. Burger so slippery i just threw it away. Also three nuggets not four so i used their receipt to explain their inaccuracies and was promptly called back by the gm Farri who told me she put me down in the books. Its not in my part of town, but decided to go back for my remake. I come in and talk to the rather heavy mgr on duty, and she looks at me like im trying to lie or get a free meal or something. So she says im not in their books and was a smartass about it. Embarrassing to be treated like that due to the growing line behind me. So… i left empty handed with an upset child. not gonna give them anymore of my money. now im going to notify corp which probably will fall on deaf ears, but will call nonetheless. Do not go here. There are plenty more to choose from than this very unprofessional location. Lucky i have to keep my temper in check.

If I could give ½ a star, I would. The worst service ever. Nothing was wrong with the food, the employees were the problem. I was sitting eating breakfast and btw all the morning employees are loud and rude as fuck. I was sitting listening to their personal life stories while the managers bf was sitting at the front yelling over the counter to them. One customer was so mad at the way she was being treated she wanted to punch the lesbian looking cashier in the face. They were so loud I could hear them from where I was sitting and that wasn’t near the front. They were talking about diarrhea as well. Won’t be going back there anytime soon.

Every McDonalds I visit seems to be dirtier than the last. This one is the worst yet. You can see mop swipes in the filth still left on the floor. It smells like urine and the toilet in the family bathroom has weeks worth of urine dried on it.

I go to this location quite often but have never eaten any of their food. I know that sounds strange but I stop in for their soft drinks. Their drinks are a buck for any size. With all of their competitors charging over $ 2 for a small drink, I’m sorry I just won’t pay it.
I walk into other places with a McDonald’s drink and when asked about it, I explain why. Plus McDonald’s has Diet DP is what I tell at least one chain.
I feel a little bad about this but hey, I’ve been a regular at other locations for far too long and have pumped enough money into McDonald’s so I feel I deserve this little cheat.

I absolutely hate this McDonalds! Every time I come to this location they get my order wrong! EVERY TIME! I don’t know what you are doing at this location, but it’s very clear you just don’t care. You guys need to go the location on I30 and Eastchase blvd. they are professional, the location is clean, and they get the order right!

Double fried fries, team members sleeping in the dining room, kids running around with no shoes and no commentary from the staff about safety? No thanks. For such a busy location, it was a bust.

Finally! This McDonald’s looks a lot better!
Wow! What a difference 8 months makes! The old restaurant was looking really run down and gross, but the remodel looks fantastic.
I haven’t used the new drive-​thru, so I don’t know if they are experiencing the same hazards as I mentioned in my first review. But I would use caution when approaching the first window (on the corner).
Anyhow, my girlfriend and I came over to this location for a quick meal (basically two Happy Meals) and just enjoyed the new digs.
Service was quick, and it looks like the management is trying to keep this place cleaner then it use to look like.
Plus it’s still a 24 hour location (drive-​thru and dining room) so… why am I still paying for the internet? LOL
