This is the worse Panera I have ever been too, I use to eat at Panera at least 4 times a week with family and for business meetings, the service is horrible, terrible staff and they are always out of stuff, if you come at 8am for soufflé they are already out, I did a test and went there everyday for 5 days straight and they were out every time, this is a disgrace to the Panera brand, I will never spend another $ at this location! Don’t waste your time and gas!!!

Other than the taste of the food, this place is terrible. Placed a to go order, waited 12 minutes, asked the manager how much longer it would be, he couldn’t be bothered to answer me. A cook answered me back that he had two more tickets before mine even though there were no other to go orders pending and several people who order food after me had already been served. The manger CHOSE not to answer why others who ordered after me had already been served and I was still waiting. After 19 minutes I finally got my order, which turned out to be incorrect. No apology was given by the manager, C. Green because he didn’t even acknowledge me.

Wow this place has gone down quite a bit since I’ve been here last. For starters, the service was very, very poor. Bathroom wasn’t in the best condition. The beverage machine was running the soda very, very flat and low on syrup. And the lemonade was EXTREMELY watered down. Almost to the point where it was just water with some lemon in it. Disappointed. Parts of the mac and cheese weren’t fully heated. So sad, since I have always praised panera bread as one of my favorite eateries. Maybe it was just this one visit but I was not satisfied with our visit

Panera is a great place to go if you’re wanting a sandwich, salad, or soup for lunch. Those are the main things on the menu, plus their bakery items. They have numerous options of sandwich, salads, and soups so I’m sure you’ll find something you like. It’s a great go to for something last minute as well because they make it SOEASY for you. Their tasty options, quick service and prompt delivery(literally and figurately) are why I gave them a 4 star rating. You can do «Rapid Pick Up» by ordering on line and can have it ready within 10 minutes. This is a great feature if you want to make the order(and pay online) right before heading out of the door. You can still utilize«Rapid Pick Up» if you don’t have such a short window. They allow you to denote what day and time you want to set it to. They also have a fast ordering kiosk option. Although this location isn’t the busiest at lunch, and I have seen the cashiers just waiting to take orders. If an establishment is slow then it’s all the same in regards to ordering with the cashier vs. fast kiosk option. I have liked everything I have ever ordered(with some customizations), except for one(1) thing. Their«Lentil Quinoa Bowl with Cage-Free Egg» is NOTGOOD. They use the miso soup base for all of their broth bowls and it was NOTGOOD, so I can only assume the rest of it won’t be good. So for those who don’t like healthy items, it was not good because of the broth, not the healthy ingredients. Frankly, you could not taste anything but the way too vinegary broth. BLEH! Well start with their DRINKS. I found their coffee to not be anything too amazing, but it’s always fresh and available(even during lunch time). Their«Frozen Caramel Coffee Blend» is SOOOAMAZING. Much better than those Frappucinos at Starbucks. Their«Iced Green Tea»(with papaya and passion fruit) is also VERYGOODINFLAVOR. But one thing I don’t understand about the drink is that it kind of leaves a waxy feeling on your tongue, as if your tongue just got coated with something. I’m not allergic to any of the ingredients so I’m not sure what causes it. But I’ll still get it haha. Their«Mango Iced Tea» is not mango-y at all. If I had not filled my cup myself, I would not know why it was denoted as mango. All of their teas are made unsweeted, so you are left sweetening it yourself with sugar or their no calorie sweetener packets. They have a «Hibiscus Iced Tea» as well that is light in flavor despite it’s pretty coloring. I don’t necessarily consider this a bad thing though. Soup, Salads, and Sandwiches. I’ll make this easy and list exactly what I order and like. 1. Broccoli Cheddar Soup(can’t go wrong, can get it in a bread bowl) 2. Garden Vegetable(2nd to the Broccoli Cheddar soup) 3. Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich(savor & sweet, but I have not ordered this since I heard that the chicken used is left over chicken) 4. Tomato Mozzarella Flat Bread(much greasier than expected but tasty) 5. Rolls and breads with entrees are good with butter(fluffy) 6. Chicken Cesar Salad(classic) 7. Greek Salad(I leave the raw onions & olives off, don’t like raw onions nor olives) 8. Chicken Cobb [or with Avocado](I leave the Gorgonzola off, one of my least favorite cheeses) 9. Pastry Ring(catering order, good but not practical to eat) 10. Muffins(get these instead of their scones, scones are super dry) 11. Can’t go wrong with any of their cookies Hope that was helpful!

We were about to pay for our food and the cashier asked if we had a rewards card, we said«no» so she proceeded to ask«can I use my rewards card on your order then?» I’m sorry what?!? I just don’t think a cashier should ask a customer for their rewards. Then as we sit down, we notice majority of the tables were dirty. We couldn’t even sit at a booth, because they all had food on them. We were their for over 30 minutes and no one cleaned them. As we were trying to finish eating the associate passing out food was just standing their twirling her hair and playing with it, THENGAVEOUTFOOD, with out washing her hands. If I had seen this I would have never received my food from her. It was not busy at all, and 3 associates just standing around who could have cleaned the dining room. Terribly disappointed and we won’t be returning.

Quick service with great quality food. Workers were efficient and more than willing to help accommodate my extra needs. They are always busy during peak hours yet they never mess up my order and bring have everything out in a timely manner. Never seen them clean up after others so quickly so others could be seated. I’ve never had a wrong order or an attitude from any of their employees. Great staff with great quality goods, how can you go wrong.

A very healthy option for a quick lunch. I had the turkey blt with avacodo on flat bread with potatoe soup. The breads are made fresh daily and are some of the best breads I have had at a restaurant. The green tea is fabulous.

My second trip to this place and all I can say is this place thinks very highly of themselves. My bread was hard, the meat was scant and the fixins are simple. This place reminds me of some California health restraint high on the dance ingredients but does nothing to satisfy. If you can’t miss a day without $ 4 Starbucks. This is the place for you, but not for the working man.

First time at Panera Bread. I was so disappointed in my sandwich. I had the turkey with cranberry sauce on flatbread. I got it to go & if I would have eaten in I would have demanded my money back. First off, the flat bread was super dry & hard. Inside was even worse. There was a couple of small pieces of what seemed to be chicken. Maybe it was turkey, I still don’t know! I had to break off most of the bread to get to the meat. There was hardly anything in it. To make matters worse this place is so over priced. Jason’s Deli has a scrumptious turkey cranberry sandwich on whole grain bread with all the fixings. I don’t mind spending on a great sandwich but this one was less than zero. Needless to say I won’t be back & I WILL make sure all my friends & family doesn’t go there either. I like them too much. There was one decent thing & it was the bag of potato chips!!!

LOVE Panera, hate this location. It’s dirty — there is always a bunch of liquid on the counter around the drinks, the tables are often dirty, etc. Ordered a panini and clam chowder tonight… The panini came ice cold — as in they took it from a refrigerator and put it on a plate and served it… the cheese wasn’t melted or anything. So I told the girl walking around passing out the food and she offered to bring another. Second one comes out and it’s warmER(not warm) to the touch and ice cold in the middle. It’s obvious that these are pre-made and warmed up — not fresh — and clearly they don’t have a concept of a warm panini. Any other panera location serves this thing piping hot and it’s amazing… Not this location. I won’t be coming back here again.

A little overpriced for the small sandwiches they serve, but the bread bowls make everything alright. The iced caramel mocha varies in taste depending on who makes it, which scares me because it’s been delicious but its also been bitter and watery. Nice hangout spot.

Took them 3 tries to get a panini right. Also not a fan of the ice cold dinner rolls. Bring the baguettes back! BUT…the biggest issue here is how filthy this place is. Bone deep, never been cleaned, dirty. I posted three pics. Shudder! Will not be back. Have never seen a Panera in such sad shape.

I need to start by saying we a Big Time Panera fans. We love the food. This location used to have great service. Staff out in the dining room all the time. Now not so much. The last 2 times we have been here tables are left full of dirty dishes. Never see a worker in the dining room. Drink station is dirty. Trash on the floor. Just gives the place an ’ I don’t care’ feel from the staff. Panera please fix our restaurant.

90% of my visits here have been unpleasant. The workers are always unnecessarily rude to me. I always order the same thing every time I come here, which is a half order grilled chicken Caesar salad and a chocolate chipper. And I always make sure I don’t come during the rushes, but the workers almost always have an attitude with me for no apparent reason. I’ve tipped, been polite, etc. I don’t see why they’re always rude. It’s definitely something that needs to be adjusted.

Excellent soup and salad at lunch. I had not visited this location until now and I was very pleased. Another plus for this location is they have a private meeting room that you can book at no charge. My baked potato soup and Greek salad was totally delicious. I had a meeting at the restaurant afterwards and they never bother you. An extra bonus was I got to take home pastries to enjoy later that evening.

There isn’t much to complain about when it comes to Panera bread. I go here all the time, have always loved the food options they have and the fact that they have wifi. Essentially, they are a café, and they are extremely close to the college campus, which makes them the perfect hangout spot for lunch, study sessions, meetings, and so forth. Honestly, I have frequented Panera many times, so with that being said, I can’t think of any complaints. I often get the French onion soup in the bread bowl, and coffee. Delicious, and of course, I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a large Panera! I needed to study and was in the area so I stopped by here. There are so many great nooks to study here. It’s not overly loud and there’s enough ambient noise to keep me awake. I ordered their egg white sandwich and LOVED it. It was filling and kept me full all morning. I love that they have an egg white option. I was happy with how quickly they fulfilled my order. By the time I finished making my coffee, my omelet was ready. I totally took advantage of their unlimited coffee refills. I am obsessed with their Hazelnut Cream coffee. Don’t judge me. I don’t understand why but I can’t get enough of their coffee. It must be the cream I add to it. :x
