This is the only store I order from that charges a delivery fee. It is inconsistent with other stores on this charge and it has gone up to $ 3.25. I will no longer purchase from this location. Poor customer service!

Wow. $ 2.00 charge on EACH sandwich for delivery. Never found this on take out menu, nor were we told when order was called in. The $ 2.00 charge is added to the cost of each sandwich so it does not show on the receipt as DELIVERYCHARGE, which gives the appearance that it is the cost of the sandwich. We ordered 3 sandwiches and chips and just to deliver was $ 7.50 plus the cost of the food. The poor delivery person, when asked about the extreme increase in price, stuttered and stammered, embarrassed and explained he wasn’t the one«trying to jack us with the pricing». We will never order there again, and throughout the office, have warned all other 175 people about this practice. We all determined that THEIRSANDWICH is not that good. Huge bread one thin piece of meat 2thin tomatoes and some gray spread. SHAMEONYOU for being so very sneaky and under handed.

I really like the California avocado sandwich here but they charge you over 6 dollars for one sandwich and you add chips and a drink its a extra 3 bucks. When you have places like Subway offering deals for 6 dollars that include a drink and chips those are better deals. I think I will stick with Subway since they toast your bread, Jimmy Johns is good but for the high prices they really don’t have anything that stands out.

As always … Jimmy John’s delivers a yummy sub. The bread is soft and veggies are fresh. I continue to be a fan!

Went here for the first time today. Decided to go inside to watch them prepare my sandwich and boy am I glad! First they put about a ½ cup of pure good olé mayo on the bun and then made it really healthy by putting about 3 tablespoons of lettuce on it. It tasted fine except the bread was sooooooo saturated with mayo that it was flattened out to be about 1⁄8 inch thick. Thanks but no thanks. I’ll stick with Subway where I have more control of what and how much they put on my sandwich.

Imagine a «Subway» sammich that has sprouts, fresh toppings and dense and chewy, in-house baked bread. Should you be in an area that delivers, they arrive in like 5 minutes with a confident smile that reaches from ear to ear. Yeah, Jimmy John has earned the right to be cocky! My favorite is their rare roast beef and the club lulu. I’ve never been disappointed and will ALWAYS choose them over Sub-crap lol.

We order JJ’s twice a week and I couldn’t ask for better customer service when I call to place the order. They deliver in awesome time and usually find the office without having to call. LOVVEEE their beach club :) Highly recommend JJ’s for sure.

I get JJ’s delivered to my work about 3 times a week. They always get my food to me in under 10 minutes, and have never screwed up an order. I have tried just about every sandwich, and haven’t had a bad one. The bread is great, but the meat is pretty much just standard deli meat. I wish they had some different types of meats(ie smoked, glazed, etc). They have a wide assortment of chips and fountain drinks that they will deliver as well. I love these guys.

This is my new favorite sandwich place. I love the french bread and the vinegarette they put on the sandwiches. This location is right across the street from work and very convenient for drive through. I think I will be frequenting this place often. super fast service!

Got my first chance to order from and have Jimmy John’s ever yesterday. I had heard the advertisements on the radio for Jimmy John’s and their fast sandwich delivery for about a year … but all of the locations were in Ft Worth or Dallas city limits. All too far away for delivery, I never seemed to be in the area to eat at one and most far enough away that I couldn’t warrant driving that far to give them a shot when I knew I had other sandwich places closer to home that I was willing to eat, and if I was going to go out of my way, I’d go to my all time favorite sandwich place. Then they opened one in grapevine, which I was excited about. I had a ton of friends tell me to go try it but I just never had the chance and anytime we were in grapevine eating, the folks we ate with always picked something else & when it was time to go we’d still be full from out other lunch. Then when I went to pro-cuts the day before a job interview I asked what was being put in … it was this Jimmy Johns! I kept my eye on the place, I liked that they were putting up a drive thru option. I think on Sunday or Monday I saw the coming soon sign was gone. I made an online account to see if they were open yet but it was not; or at least wasn’t popping up for online ordering. Then yesterday on my way to the ATT store to get my husband’s voicemail fixed I saw an employee setting up the now open banner in front of the store! We got everything we needed to taken care of, and almost went to go eat there but my daughter wanted to go home so I figured let’s try out their delivery. Ordering online was pretty easy, gave me the options to add and remove things, which I was worried about cause I don’t do mayo and that was listed on the turkey sandwich option. I was able to take that off and get oil & vinegar instead. The only things I’d like to see changed that I can think of are a no ice option for drinks, and regular mustard being an option, but you can get mustard packets. I’m just happy I can get a tap dr. pepper delivered to my door! As for the delivery, it was bloody fast! Not instant mind you like the advertisement, but they were here in fewer than 10 minutes. Meaning they got my order, made my order correctly and were here in less than 10 minutes on what I believe was opening day. My sandwich was really good. I ended up not using the mustard packets that came with. I had been worried that the oil and vinegar would make my sandwich soggy; they had that perfect amount that put just enough that I could taste it but not too much so it would get soggy before it got to me. The turkey itself was kind of lacking, with the fact I could have done with a little more of it … and it didn’t have as much flavor as what I normally get from the deli at our grocery store … but we usually get some sort of smoked honey glazed turkey so that could just be difference in how its cooked. I didn’t get any chips this go around. The kiddo got a cookie which I only got a bite of; it wasn’t the warm and gooey I prefer but still it was a giant cookie, and had a ton of chocolate chunks/chips. We will for sure be back; I’m excited that we have a new delivery option!
