Stacey was very helpful throughout the whole process. Very friendly and professional. You can tell she really tries to keep up with the facility and care for her customers. Overall great experience.

My husband made a 7 day reservation on a unit. On day 3, they gave it to someone else. We came in today, 5 days after the reservation was made, and the manager lied to us and told us that they havent had a unit that size in a long time. When my husband called her out on it, she backtracked and then tried to bait and switch us into a bigger more expensive unit. By that point I was done with this place and we left. Tried to call the 800 number twice and was treated rudely and hung up on. When I told the agent that I intended to escalate this issue, he said «you do what you gotta do,» and transfered me to a number that kept ringing and ringing. You better believe that my next call is to the better business bureau and my attorney. We are trying to move and now have to deal with this. Never never never rent from this place! The only reason why Im giving this one star is because Im forced to give a rating… but honestly, a good reputable company NEVER renigs on a reservation, and if by some chance they do, they rectify it to make the consumer happy. You dont send them to a similar unit 20 miles away, you dont lie to them, you dont tell them to do what they gotta do. Simply put, you take care of your customers. This place has no clue how to do so. Stay far away from this place.

I had such problems paying on my units since they are out of state. Patrick and Stacy the manager were a HUGE help in assisting me. I commend them on their courteous and helpful actions. My day got increasingly better after visiting this location. I highly recommend it!!!

This place takes their job seriously. Friendly and helpful staff. Stacy and Kayla are a great team. We feel secure in storing our RV here.
