I’ve been in several times and I always receive speedy and accurate service. I really enjoy the salsa and the menu items I’ve ordered. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because the queso dip is subpar and that is what makes or breaks a restaurant for me. But I’ll definitely continue to eat here, and I recommend the chicken quesadillas :)

The cheese and onion enchiladas are good. The sour cream chicken enchiladas not so good, the sauce was too sour. The chicken was too little and the tortillas were dry. The service was terrible, just like how all other reviews say.

It is not the worse place I have eaten but it does not even come close to being the best. I ordered the chicken fajita quesadilla. LOVED that it had peppers and onions in side of the quesadilla, but did not like the cheese it was very close to being cheese whiz. My husband had the tacos al carbon, the steak was nothing but fat. The queso was quite runny and subpar. The chips had a great texture but were salty and the salsa was ok. There is far better authentic Mexican food, el taco H and the Baja grill. Anna’s and Lupes is to name a few.

This place is pretty good. It was empty at 1:30pm on a Friday so we got seated right away. The staff was friendly and the food was great. We will be back.

I have eaten at Pulidos since about 1970 – 71. They have always provided excellent service and the food has not changed. I believe that food chains need to stay uniform in their food service. For example, I expect a Big Mac to taste the same everywhere I purchase one. Pulidos does that. TexMex is a huge market and there are a ton of varying tastes out there. I love Pulidos. Are they the best? Probably not, but they are consistent and always provide great service. A+

The old man waiter is a douche bagging ass brat. Hate him and his ways. Never take his recommendations… they suck like old women.

I have been coming here since they opened. The food is always good. I like bringing my wife and family here. I love the meat nachos. This is the only place I order nachos because they do it right, old school style. The salsa is the bomb. Oh yeah, ask for the Verde sauce it’s amazing. Heads up, never get the older man waiter because he is rude and a butt head. He has always been like that since the day they hired him. When I go I always tell the hostess I do not want him as my waiter.

The younger Male Host seemed very out of it when sitting the two of us down. High expectations because we LOVE going to the other location in Fort Worth close to University. The salsa was alright but didn’t have that extra kick it usually does at the other location. We always get the same thing when we go. Chimichanga and Nachos. Both were very sub par. No flavor in the meat. Literally. even the beans were just plain. Chimichanga was very soggy. Usually has a nice crisp shell but today was soggy and taste like oil. No one even asked how the meal was. They must know it was bad. A true restaurant employees and specially managers will ask because they are proud of the food they serve. Very disappointed with our visit. And will just continue to go to the other location next time. $ 27.50 down the drain.

If you are looking for an AUTHENTIC Mexican restaurant, come here! It may look like a hole-in-the-wall but it is amazing real Mexican food! They have great prices! The chips are puffy and crisp and the salsa has a nice spice/cilantro flavor! Our server was a sweetheart and didn’t rush us! :) Definitely coming back, it was simple, nice and has been around a long time!

Giving this two stars because the server was sooooo nice. This is by far the worst food I think I have ever ingested. I just don’t understand how this place is still open. Right after I ate some of it I just knew I shouldn’t have. Like I hope I don’t get sick. I will not return. Ever. Beware

I do not know who was cooking, but they are an amazing chef!!! The food was so good that EVERYONE at our table literally cleared their plates! So So Yummy! The prices r a little steep, but more than worth it. Our waitress was so nice & attentive towards us. Our glasses never even got to the bottom before she brought us another one! All in all a wonderful place to eat! Great food, great people, great service! Our service was so good we felt she deserved a BIG tip! We will definitely be regulars here!

This place is fantastic. I kept the waitress busy filling up my salsa as I seem to have been enhaling it, it was delicious. The flautas were nice, flavorful and crispy. The fajitas were top notch! Service was extremely friendly. Coming from a Hispanic, this food was as close to authentic as I’ve encountered from a restaurant so far. The only thing that bugged me was the Tetris-like parking, specially during lunch hour, its semi-hard finding a spot and getting out. I will be going again to get a more solid review, NOT during lunchtime :)

Ever since I moved to Texas from California, I’ve been on the hunt for a good Mexican place. Pulidos was recommended to me, so I gave it a shot. I’m sure some people would be hesitant, based on the interior. It is a little run down and could use a fresh coat of paint. But that’s what the best places look like. When I sat down, the waitress got my drink order within a couple minutes and brought some chips and«salsa». To me, it’s not really spicy– so it’s not salsa. Your tastes may vary. After a few minutes, she came back by and took my order. I had the tamales and enchilada plate. When it came, I was a little confused– but that was because I didn’t pay attention to the menu. That was when I learned how much chili is used in Mexican food here. The masa on the tamales was pretty tough, but they may have just been sitting under a heat lamp for a while. Once inside, they were good. The enchilada was pretty standard, but the sauce was great. Kind of spicy, but not overpowering. All in all, this is the closest I’ve gotten to Authentic Mexican food. If you’re a transplant; check this place out. Or if you just want something that’s prepared and tastes like real mexican food– go here. I know I will again.

Terrible terrible service. The lady didn’t even know how to write a ticket for an order and even got our order wrong. Very rude hostesses and bad service. Not coming back anytime soon! I would definitely not recommend coming
