Amazing. I came in to get my wedding rings resized not only was the price great but they called me to pick them up before they had even said it would be ready. The craftsmanship is great I will definitely be back.

My husband has a medal he wears while cycling. He was going on a week long trip when it broke. Richard’s was so kind to get it done for me that day. I appreciate them going out of their way to do that and will definitely remember them when looking for jewelry in the future. Also replaced the battery on my watch and cleaned it up, and cleaned and inspected my wedding ring. Great place!
