I gave 1 star only because i had to. They dont deserve even the 1 star. I will not go back here, at least to see the optometrist. I was taken to an office that resembled a storage closet. Was told to fill out papers and they would be back in a few minutes. I waited 30 minutes while I listened to the dr. And another person having a casual conversation in the next room. I finally got fed up and walked out. No one called to follow up or ask why I left. I wouldn’t want to put these people in charge of my vision as they obviously are easily distracted and don’t take their job seriously.

I ve been getting my prescription glasses and frames here for awhile now. I would highly recommend Eddie, the optical manager. When it comes to fixing frames, straightening nose pieces etc he is definitely the guy to go to. Very friendly and most of all helpful and not pushy. On a good day when they aren’t busy I can be in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new pair of glasses ordered :)

Good place to get glasses. This Sears location has a fair selection of glasses from 50 dollars to 200 dollars. I like this location it is right at the entrance to Sears from the parking garage. They always seem to have a deal or special for new glasses ie… by one get one free. That is only for the frame cost. You will be hit with all the add-ons. So ask them for the different prices. The sells person always adds every extra on at first. Like warranty, scratch protection, UV, And polish edges. You have to wait about 10 days to get your glasses in. Not very fast. That is a negative. On weekends they seem to only have one person working so you may have to wait. They need to have at least 2 employees working. At all times.
