Texas Appliance

TA is a must if your in the market for Appliances. They offer everything from low to top of the line. Have bought many times from them and never any problems. They even sell mattress… did you know that? Very pleased w/​there products & service!

Went to this location today, approximately 10:30 a.m. shopping for a new gas range. Approximately 6 salesmans sitting and standing at their desk. I proceeded to look around, taking pictures of the stove/​range that I liked but no one asked to help me. I guess they did not want my money. After being in the store for 15 minutes without customer service i left and went to another store who gladly accepted my 1700.00. Your lost TEXAS APPLIANCE. I wish i could give you a minus rating.

Even though we came here for the top chef competition, I was blown away by the store’s set up. I am currently in talks with builders for our new home and the kitchens they have set up here are amazing. I was able to see various products from all my favorites– like Viking and Jenn Air. I had a idea of my perfect kitchen and this place helped me conceptualize it. I can’t wait to come back.

We tried purchasing some expensive Thermador appliances from the Hurst Texas Appliance location. After dealing with several sales people we were ready to make the purchase.
When we showed up the sales person informed us the original quote was incorrect but he would fix it. He proceeded to bad mouth the previous salesperson (he had left), blaming him for the bad quote.
Apparently we weren’t a high enough priority to him as he went to go help someone else. We finally got a «correct» quote after more waiting.
My wife and I went to lunch and discussed the customer service (or lack thereof). We decided to shop around and called Pacific Sales inside of BestBuy in Grapevine.
They not only will match the price but beat it, and caught other mistakes that would have been an issue with installing the appliances.
