The staff was not very helpful. I had to ask for help and to be acknowledged by the pre occupied sales girls that we’re busy gossiping & eating behind the counter. Then when one girl asked the other girl to clarify something for me, the other sales girl rolled her eyes as if she was being bothered.
I was apprehensive about investing in cameras for my business online or from costco so I came here. So bam I turned over $ 600.00 to this Cracker Jack store.
Big mistake! They don’t offer installation or returns or exchanges. I called an installer they recommended and he was great. He did what I asked. The problem is I always have issues with these cameras. If the electric trips or internet gets reset my cameras are thrown off and I can’t monitor my business. There is nobody to call to fix it and get me back online. The manufacture service number is a joke and they’re not helpful at all. I have to be at the mercy of the installers IT guy.
My advice is call an alarm co that installs cameras and that can service your cameras ²⁴⁄₇.
