I love a place where the Owner is always behind the counter working with a good story and an interest in what you have going on in your life. Margo is the best!

The owner Margo is the epitome of the All-​American, red-​blooded friendly small town «mom and pop» business owner (#whew#). She’s very good with names and faces and is always a pleasure to talk with. If she doesn’t have something you’re looking for, she’s happy to order it for you and will go above and beyond to make you happy. Also, her gift sets are always a bargain and she frequently has Dogfish Head 120 minute ipa in stock. (Those who are familiar are speeding her way now)

Very good availability for whatever you need from a liqour store. Reasonable prices, but Margo the owner is the BEST reason to come here. She’s always very friendly and very helpful and is really the reason this is the only place I go to stock up.

Common Spirits now more aptly named Margo’s after it’s owner is THE only liquor store in Hutto you should shop. Her selection is excellent, prices are great and her knowledge of her products is well above anybody, anywhere else. Margo makes great suggestions if you want to try something new and is a really nice person. She always greets you with a smile and is a pleasure doing business with. Thanks Margo for running such an outstanding business.

Common Spirits, known as Margo’s to most in Hutto, in now officially Margo’s. She is a great lady, fun to talk with, and very helpful. While there is another store in Hutto, calling it a liquor store compared to Margo’s is like calling a gas station convenience store a grocery store.

Common Spirits is the best little liquor store. Just around the corner and very convenient to most everyone in Hutto. Margo is the greatest and is always very helpful, always takes the time to help you find what you need, and to help you find just the perfect thing when you don’t know what you need. She also always has the most perfect limes! Her prices are great and worth not having to drive10−15 minutes away to go to a bigger liquor store. If you have never been in Margo’s place it is definitely worth your time to take a minute to stop by.

While the only liquor store around the area, Margo definitely steps it up a bit when it comes to her store, Common Spirits. The store is located in the Hutto Commons shopping center, convenient enough for most around the area.
Now, I feel I’m really showing myself here righting a review for a liqour store right after completing one for the local bar in town but this place deserves it.
Her selection has never let me down and special requests are handled perfectly. Margo’s the type that will learn your name and even go above and beyond to help you any time you’re in there. Need something special? Ask. I remember at one point she had 12 packs of cokes in the open and I asked if she could put a few in the cooler for us (I worked close by) to pick up at different times. Not a problem.
She’s able to get kegs, special orders, not so common beer and may even start stocking your special request. She’s open to ideas, responds to those and even suggests her own ideas which are all decent.
The place is decorated nicely, has a nice hometown feel and you just can’t go wrong here.
Definitely recommended.
