Kountry Fresh Septic

Please do not ignore how many folks have great experiences with Kountry Fresh. The primary reason I chose these folks is because of the great reviews. My experience was exactly like every other review on here. Their customer service is the best I have experienced across any industry.
My wife and I are first time home buyers and barely knew anything about septic tanks. I spoke with CJ to set up our appointment and she was 1) courteous 2) knowledgeable 3) and very easy to talk to. She quoted us for the pump and inspection and gave us their Unilocal discount. Time comes for the inspection and they take a look down the hole and found that the septic tank looks great. The inspector was out at another job so, we get to talking with Barry and CJ. They answered every question we had about septic systems. They gave us tips, instructions, a tour of our septic tank, ways to keep it up to date for another 40 years, etc. The inspector comes out next and he takes a look and basically confirms Barry and CJ’s original assessment. He almost repeated the exact same things Barry told us and didn’t contradict him at all.
Because they didn’t need to do a pump, they refused to let us pay. Not only did they stand there for 2 hours with us answering all our questions, but because they didn’t actually use their equipment they didn’t charge us. These two folks are outstanding individuals and they deserve your business. They care about the customer, they want to see you have a good experience and they are a hilarious couple.
Kountry Fresh definitely has all my future business.

If you think you need your septic tank pumped, call Kountry Fresh Septic. Owners, CJ and Berry are the most honest people I’ve ever met. I was told by another septic guy that my tank needed pumped out. Turns out it does not need cleaning. Any other septic company would have pumped it and got paid. CJ and Berry explained everything to me and then refused to let me pay them. These are great people that you can trust. They are the best. Highly recommended!

I ended up not having to use Kounty Fresh’s service as they were booked through the day (could not come until the next morning) and I was able to find a local service offering a fair same-​day price.
However, I thought I should note that the customer service Kountry Fresh delivered was second-​to-​none. I originally scheduled service with them and the lady on the phone gave me some basic tips about things I could do to prepare my septic before they came. These were simple maintenance things I could do in a few hours just to prevent additional charges if they were to come out. She was even nice enough to call back and offer a few additional tips about how we could temporarily resolve the problem to get us through the night until tomorrow morning.
Although I didn’t require Kounty Fresh’s services this time, I was so satisfied with the experience that I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Very professional yet having time to answer so many questions… signs of a keeper contractor! They were willing to come out to the Spicewood area and did not add-​on items to the quoted price. So glad we went with them instead of local companies. Highly recommended.

I had called a couple of companies looking for a good price and needed help on the weekend. I called Kountry Fresh and got CJ on the phone. She told me the cost and that it would be Monday before she could get out here, because the weekends were for the family. I respected her honesty and called a couple of other places. the people just seemed down right rude. So Monday I called back and she and Berry were here a couple minutes early. They charged me what they said they would and did a great job. They made sure I know everything I was supposed to know and schooled me on things I had questions on. They ever very helpful and a delight to talk to. If you need your septic pumped I would call them immediately. Great people doing an honest job for honest pay… God bless them both.

I can’t say enough good things about the people at Kountry Fresh. I will not use anyone else if I have any septic issues in the future. Good, honest people.

Kountry Fresh came out at 8am this morning after a phone call yesterday. We were having problems with our septic and thought it needed to be pumped. Barry and CJ were amazing! So friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Turns out our pump was bad and they explained everything we needed to do to get it running right. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation, but they were completely honest and gave the best advice to help us fix the issue. I couldn’t believe it. They have earned customers for life! Real down to earth, good people. I can’t recommend them enough!

We just had our Septic Tank pumped and cleaned out by Berry and C.J. and they did a great job for a reasonable price. They arrived on time and called 10 minutes before they got here. This is a friendly married couple that work together and work hard.
I’m new to septic systems and they answered all my questions and gave me a short lesson in how to care for and maintain my system. CJ’s is Berry’s wife and she was doing most of the work while Berry answered my questions.
They also do a lot of volunteer work for our community.

They are prompt, honest, and just generally good people all around. I am extremely pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. They took their time to explain everything that was going on. I will definitely be using them again!!!

* * * * * * * * * * Actually, 10 stars to this family run business. We live in a rural area and run two septic systems on the property. One of the tanks needed to be cleaned out before proceeding with planned plumbing work. I saw Evie’s review and decided to give Kountry a try. From the phone call I placed to their truck leaving our property it was nothing but professional, efficient, friendly, informative and fast. Barry and CJ are an experienced top team. Not only did they inspect and clean out the smaller tank in question — they also did our second (and much larger) tank which was way overdue for pumping AND they discounted the charge since we ended up treating two. I confidently recommend this couple … I’m sold!

We are in Austin, and still have a septic tank. There is, maintenance and cleaning that has to be done. We did qute a bit of research on companies through the Austin, Round Rock areas, and just by happenstance we found Barry and his wife C.J. of Kountry Fresh Septic. They DID NOT have any hidden fees, even educated us about our own system. They were the most reasonable and honest business people we found. They were on time, professional, helpful. I never thought I’d be so happy to know Septic People!!! I also told them about my neighbor, and they offered to work with her since she is alone and on a fixed income. And they do offer 24 hour service and Senior discounts. We though we had a huge issue and it turned out that our drain field was over saturated by the recent rain and we did just needed to have the system pumped. I just can’t say how great a job they did, how much money they saved us. And by being so honest and cool, Barry and C.J. we’ll our septic people forever!
