I have to agree with a previous Unilocal review, the owner of the shop is incredibly unwelcoming. It feels uncomfortable to shop there. I returned an item and got a credit to the store but I left without getting anything and I truly don’t even want to go back to purchase anything. The owner could really step up the personality and customer service.

My mother and I went here to finish up our Christmas shopping back in December. You would have thought we were highly offending them by just walking in the door. Jen, I think she’s the owner, saw us and didn’t say anything — no hello, welcome or can I help you. Mom knew what she wanted so we went to the Christmas tree all decorated with ornaments, and she didn’t see the ornament she wanted. We asked Jen if she had this particular ornament in stock, and she very rudely said«if it’s not out there then no, we don’t have it». Then she interrogated my mother about we heard of this ornament as if it was some secret ornament only she knew about and how dare we ask her about it. My mother was very put off by this and didn’t know what to say during the confrontation. It was very uncomfortable and we left. I will never shop at the LBG again or their kiosk in the mall. Poor way of doing business and shame on Jen for conducting herself that way.
