Radisson Inn

I’m somewhat biased since I used to work here, and have stayed here many times. This was quite some time ago though, when they were updating the rooms, lobby and exterior of the hotel. Back then it was a fine place to stay. And it’s a nice enough hotel as far as hotels go. It may be a little pricey for the value and amenities they offer, and I would not recommend using the pool. I won’t get into why, I just wouldn’t recommend it. And one of the main problems is the location. If you’re a tourist and you want to be close to the water or close to popular areas in Hyannis, then this place is probably not ideal. However, if you like being close to the airport, Barnstable Municipal is directly across the street.

Service I saw and received was poor/​just passable. Rooms were not all that, and the beds were not comfy at all. Time to get rid of sleep number beds! Not close to water. Tour groups stay here, so you deal with the bus and a ton of true tourists… I know we can all come off like them some times, but bus loads of them :(
I try and look at things in the context of value, if this place were about ½−1/3 less, it would be OK, but for the price, it sucks. Won’t stay here again unless they repaint, replace furniture, hire better people and/​or reduce prices by $ 30−50/night.

Barely okay on a lot of levels. Don’t make this your first choice.
