WOW! D&A is top notch. You won’t find a better team of professionals in the HVAC business. I asked lots of questions and did research on my own to ensure I replaced 15+ year old equipment with correct replacement HVAC unit. Chris came out twice to meet with me to explain the various options and ensure I would be happy with the unit I was going to select. The install was very clean and professional. No mess left behind after the install. The unit has been in operation for about 9 months and no issues thus far. The team also uncovered a gas leak in my basement and fixed it for free! I highly recommend D&A. One of the best companies I’ve hired to do work!

Best come-​out price of 4 companies I called. They got here quickly and were prepared to finish soon after I gave the go ahead. Damon (tech) and his assistant were courteous and gave me what I feel was a fair price. I have an old house and after testing they replaced a blower motor and capacitor for my furnace unit. Also after talking to the helper, I feel this company is trying to help high school youth as well. Good Deal.

Chris was the first person to help us. The furnace had stopped working, and he was able to get it working for some of the coldest nights this winter.
I appreciate that he didn’t try to start selling us a new furnace, but we knew that we needed one (it was 40 year old and the flame was burning the wires!). He wanted to make sure that we had heat, and that we were safe.
When we decided to replace the furnace, they gave us a reasonable estimate and replaced the furnace and air conditioner a few weeks later. They did a good job. They had to cut through a couple of walls because the compressor is on the roof and a new line had to be run up three stories. I appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves.
We also had them replace a water heater that had been giving us problems. They straightened out the vents (that the water heater shared with another furnace).
It’s never fun to have people in your house cutting walls and replacing major systems, but the guys were all friendly, did their best to keep our house clean, and let us know what was going on. They showed up on time, charged us what I thought was a fair amount, and were very professional.
I’d use them again.

We had an older a/​c and furnace. We knew either (or both) could go out at any moment. We were saving for it — and expected the cost to be pretty high. Our biggest worry was for it to go out when we needed it most. When we learned our furnace was on its last legs (from Michael and Sons) we got a quote — then we contacted D&A.
D&A had installed my mom’s furnace about two years ago with one days notice. When my mom called me on a cold night telling me she didn’t have heat, I immediately called my good friend who does commercial (and residential) construction. They said to call Chris at D&A, he can be trusted. The next day my mom had a new furnace INSTALLED and at a very reasonable price.
Chris from D&A came in and gave us an estimate that was 38.5% less for the same unit than Michael and Sons. We decided to move forward — with a few fun upgrades (Infinity controller, media cabinet, humidifier, duct cleaning) and it was still much less. Today it was all installed and we are thrilled with our new system. His employees were friendly and considerate, cleaned up everything when they were done, explained how it works and Chris even called me that evening to make sure I was happy and see if he could answer any questions.
This company is TOP NOTCH. I would encourage you to get an estimate and contact references to see how satisfied their other customers are. I am 100% satisfied and relieved that I know who to contact if I ever have an issue with my heating or cooling.

No heat at 5 am in frigid temps; sent a message via their website (seemed too early in the morning to call on the phone); got a call at 6:30 am; kind and knowledgeable technician at my door at 7 am; heat back on within the hour and with a fresh furnace filter too! Love D & A!!!
