Four Points by Sheraton

At first it seemed to be a decent hotel. I got checked in, went to my room, and it was very pleasant. The automatic lights came on so I didn’t have to walk into a dark room. It seemed clean and renovated.
The bathroom however was fairly enh. There were a few long black hairs lingering on towels, on on the toilet seat, and in the sink. The shower had been taped together and when I tried to use it, it took almost 10 minutes for the hot water.
I ate at the restaurant, food was decent, drink prices were a little high. $ 10 for a whiskey/​ginger ale.
I wanted to get to bed early, so around 9pm I shut off lights and TV. The bed only has two actual pillows, and they’re smashed and flat. Decorative pillows don’t count for sleeping?! Every time someone slammed a door, my once pleasant automatic lights would come on, and stay on.
I am recommending my employer not use this hotel anymore for any of our out of town guests.

Stayed here over the holidays and the hotel is simply wonderful. The renovations are great, the hotel staff provided excellent customer service. Im from DC so I know what the hotel use to be like and it was defiantely worth my stay. The restaurant food is ok and I wish they had more cable channels. On the weekends/​football nights the lounge/​bar area is jumping so its def a place to hang out. Will definately stay there again during my vists to DC.
