I had reserved a room for a guest, and I told the front desk clerk to charge the whole night under my credit card, but instead, they had charge my guest for the stay. I spoke to the hotel manager and the accountant(Harold)regarding this matter, and the only solution they gave me is to reimburse the guess myself with my own money and I should apologize to my guest for the misunderstanding. The accountant also gave me an attitude and keep on saying that reimbursing the money back to my guest requires more work… First of all, what’s the point of reserving a room and providing the clerk my credit card information if they will charge it to the guest anyway? This hotel is very unprofessional, the lobby is not very appealing, things are always under construction, front desk clerks lacks knowledge of the hotel, and the accountant are no help at all. Spend the night somewhere else. This hotel is a joke. If I could provide a negative star, I would…

This is the place to stay! Friendly, helpful, just a wonderful staff. The breakfast is wonderful, eggs waffles or pancakes, French toast, potatoes, fruit, yogurt, coffee, different juices, sausage, cereal, bread and Bagels. I have been staying here for a while. I had a house fire. They have been wonderful to me and my family. Thank you Metro Points, you are good to my family.

Mid-Scale 3-star hotels These mid-range hotels offer a relaxed and inviting environment. Extra amenities and clean rooms will make your stay comfortable. If you are familiar with the DMV area, you know that Metro Points is the former Four Seasons. Metro Points Hotel clearly resembles an HGTV gem. Although the hotel has made a significant effort to execute stylish renovations(cute/chic wallpaper in walkways/corridors, cozy/stylish seating in lobby, foyer and guest rooms, etc), somehow someone fell significantly short at the most critical stage… finishing touches. I had the opportunity to be a guest appx 5 times between Oct. 20 to Nov. 3, 2014. Every room had a glaring cosmetic issue… from peeling tub finishes, to unfinished door jams, to uneven/lumpy carpet and more. These are minor cosmetic deficiencies that could easily raise the overall quality of this establishment. FREEWIFI is always a bonus! And I never had an issue accessing the wifi network. However it should be noted that the food(grits, waffles, eggs, etc) tastes horrible. Tastes just like food fed to hospital patients. BLAH! Staff is friendly enough. And the shuttle is available envery 30 minutes between 7 am to 10 pm. to provide transportation to nearby New Carrollton Metro(orange line). Finally it is curiously interesting that I was unable to locate any corporate info online.
