I waited 2 weeks for a scheduled appointment with this providers office, only to arrive to the appointment and be told they do not take my insurance; despite the fact that I confirmed that they took me insurance when I scheduled the appointment. When I questioned why they did not determine this when scheduling the appointment there was no response. Further there was no apology for wasting my time.
