This place is great! It’s located inside of a bookstore, that ISN’T connected to the mall, so it’s usually fairly quiet. I think it’s great how late it’s opened, and I especially love their Happy Hour deals! Buy one get one free coffees are fantastic if you’re super poor and want to treat a friend for coffee, and you can do this just about every night of the week! (I had a friend that always took me for coffee late at night, and this is where we’d go.)

Portland, OR
This is the coffee shop located inside Hastings Books * Music * Video store. They use a coffee from Texas, where Hastings is based. I’ve found it to be so-​so and their cups are less environmentally friendly than those at other coffeehouses. The shop also has a TV, which is on. I find this somewhat annoying.
