Scenic Falls Federal Credit Union

I had an account with SFCU, learned after looking around that their rates were much higher than the competition. The good tellers that were always helpful have left and found out in talking to several of them that there is a poor working environment with the CEO, managers and HR. Current service especially at the windows is extremely slow, you have to repeat what you want done on the transactions. They spend alot on a yearly meeting open to the customers and excessive amounts on a graphic display Hummer, but very little on customer service or programs for the shareholders. The board of directors need to look at the lack of leadership in their current CEO, he is not leading the Credit Union into a good fiscal environment.

I used to have money here but after requesting again and again that they don’t show fox news constantly, and having that request ignored I can see that they don’t so much care what their customers think of them. If you want your money and yourself taken well care of, I would not recommend this bank.
