I spoke with Courtney the manager from the store in Idaho Falls. She referred me to corporate for a refund. I spent about 8 minutes on hold then I was told a refund would need district manager approval. I used the service about 1 week in may on a month to month contract. My last day I told them I was done and was told I would not be charged again. They took funds from my account in June, July and August. Now they want proof I moved. Why should I have to do this when it was only a month to month contract. My money should be refunded ASAP. I will never use this business again and do not give them access to charge your account ever. I have left more messages for corporate in KY to call me back and nothing. Idaho Falls store offered to refund 1 of the 3 months in question but that is not acceptable.
