Burger King

This place is horrible the customer service sucks!!!
Will never contribute my money here again.

I just left this place and have no interest in going back. One bacon whopper and one junior whopper and some onion rings. My onion rings are room temperature. My junior whopper is clearly lacking on lettuce or an actual tomato. I’d drive back and ask for something cooked correctly but by the decision to give my food that lacks any type of decency in the first place Id be worried on what I’d be given the second time. Lesson learned. Stay away. Far away.

They should stay with burgers and chicken. Their grilled hot dog is horrible. It’s dry and it doesn’t taste like it’s all beef. Sorry, your highness!

Stupid fucking workers! beware of this place. How hard is it to count?
Went to drive through awhile ago to order 5 orders of 10 pcs nuggets, and when I check the bag it only has three! No wonder these fools work at a fast food they don’t even know how to do simple math. never again I’m gonna come back to BK!

Honestly, everytime i go here and order my food is pretty good and fresh. Only one time i went had i had someone mess up my order. Which i understand it happens. I always check before i leave and simply take it back.
If they ask me to pull to the side and wait, its also not a big deal to me because I’ve never waited more than 5 mins and why complain if the food they bring out is fresh. And when the manager is there, he is always working. I see him there everytime checking everything. This burger king jumps hoops and miles over the one i had to deal with in twentynine palms. And that im thankful for.

Whoppers have always been my all-​time favorite hamburger. I was SO disappointed when Burger King closed in Imperial Beach and could wait when I found out they were re-​opening. Sadly, they are no way close to being up to par. I’ve given them countless second chances but they can’t seem to get an order right, so if you go there go inside to order and check your order before you leave. The drive-​through is a big gamble. Tonight we ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches, no ketchup. What was on the receipt and what was in the bag was two long cheeseburgers, made with the tiny little patties that go on the kids meal hamburgers. A small order of fries was $ 2.79. $ 2.79 for the very small amount you get in the small order is highway robbery. Usually we just scrape off the condiments we asked them not to put on or spread out the ones they pile on one place in the center (picture a bite that’s almost all mustard), take off the vegetables we asked them not to include, grumble a bit and eat the stuff but after tonight no more. I will be contacting corporate and asking for some type of compensation for the times we have had to drive all the way back to exchange what they gave us for what we asked for. If you want them to get your order right go to Jack in the Box. For myself, the two for $ 5 deal isn’t worth it if dietary restrictions mean I can’t eat what I got at Burger King, the Jumbo Jack will do when I have coupons, when I don’t then I guess I needed to cook at home anyway.

Yeah I just got there 10 piece nuggets. Straight up b.s. I’d rather pay Mcdonald there Xtra 3 $ and it’s not the first time this place rips me off. Customer service is really bad. Food sucks. I’m with homegirl that said she’s done even trying with this place period. This location made me now to ever go bk to go to any bk period. I’d rather eat a poor boy sandwich from vons then this crap. Straight up

Terrible customer service! Slow and almost always inaccurate. The number listed to call is disconnected. Several times that we’ve gone, we were told they had no burgers as the broiler wasn’t working. Burger King with no burgers? We ordered a double whopper and got a single. It’s impossible to call them as all the local Burger King numbers are disconnected. It was great before they closed and reopened.

I give this place 0 stars ! If I even can ! They take forever to give you your food !!! Do not come here ! And their food tastes like shit when u get. I know it’s bk but damn I come here cause I thought u were better than Mc Donald’s!!!btw this has all happened with my husband. First time he went and picked up some combos and came home with no sodas ! I mean who forgets sodas but still why wouldn’t they give him the sodas that’s the first thing u give. Second… he went in and asked for 2 cinnamon roll orders and only got one! I was furious because I let it go the first time but not the second ! Even if it was only cinnamon rolls. Anyways I went back very mad only to be waiting for 20 min just to talk to someone when I finally did i was passed to the manager I guess it was. But she was nice and understanding and gave me free fries and cinnamon rolls and pies. It was nice but they really need to work on their time. They take forever !!! It’s a fast food place and you wait like if your at a restaurant that’s cooking a meal from scratch !

Awful. I got there, no line and waited 10 – 15 minutes. They were slow and kept chatting together like they were at a club. The atmosphere isn’t good and the workspace is filthy and gross. The burger tasted fine. Didn’t look good like other burgers I got from other burger kings. Didn’t get a good welcoming when I went in. Thee was t anyone there and there was one person in line and one person waiting. They were focused on his one order. And ounce they took the other mans order they all went to work on there order. When they got done they finally got my order.

I’m really sick of trying with this location.
Everything was fine before you closed.
Then you reopened and ruined it with your new and incompetent staff.
I’ve been here several times since it opened and each visit has been problematic. From the 45 minute wait for a simple whopper meal, the rude staff, the missing items, the undercooked meat to the actual MANAGER (Roxanna) actually telling us we can’t add anything to our order at the window.
Can you believe it? Roxanna straight told us to drive around again to make a new order.
THERE WERE NO CARS BEHIND US!!!
I wanted to give you a chance BK, but this was the last straw.
You should have NEVER come back Burger King.
But now that you’re here, it won’t be hard for me to pretend you don’t exist as I will never return again.

Food smells good! To bad 20 minutes later I’m still waiting on it! No line when I got here and now there’s about 10 people waiting. But I will continue to wait as the ice in my drink melts.

Food is good but you CAN NOT GET IT YOUR WAY AT THIS BK! I repeated my order 3 times and she still managed to f it up! I dnt eat fast food much because I don’t want to be a fatass, so when I do I’d like them to get it rgt! I didn’t bother to go get it corrected because I didn’t want to have to repeat myself again.

Burger King is really the only fast food place with a good veggie burger. The veggie burger here was as expected, but the staffing, the service, and the facilities were just plain not acceptable. There was a guy with dirty hands working the register and no idea how to use the register. The food took 17 minutes from the tone on your receipt to when they called our number. Others supposed to wait longer. The two ladies working the drive they were definitely pulling up all the slack they could on their own, but no one else had any hustle or work ethic. It’s a bean rice and cheese burrito next time.

Great location and addition to Imperial Beach. I have had no issue with service or quality. I highly recommend this fast food chain over any other in Imperial Beach!

Went through drive thru to get those mini western burgers for lunch. I asked the lady at the window if they cost a dollar, and she said the total was like $ 12.57 for 9 of those tiny burgers with cheese. It just comes with a small meat patty & tiny onion rings with some BBQ sauce. When I got home, there was no cheese in the burger. What a rip off! The lady at the window straight out lied. How are you going to tell me that 9 burgers cost $ 12.57 when it should only cost me $ 9.45? Those burgers cost only a dollar! Don’t tell me that it comes with cheese if it costs me $ 12.57!!! Never coming back here again!!!

I have been here three times…1^st time right after it opened… drove through took about 10 min for a cheeseburger and small drink… figured it just opened needed to work out bugs…2^nd time treated my two grandsons and Daughter… very slow service, bad attitudes, and order was wrong… employees tried arguing with me about my order even with my receipt. took awhile to get it right… last time I drove through, order was wrong,…cold. have not been back and will not go back to this BK, unless they get new management and employees that respect their customers…

They serve raw pink still cold burgers-​GROSS!!!
Fries are always cold and Stale!!!
They always screw up your order!!!

This place is a joke. I eent there today 5÷29÷14 to complain about a burgr went wrong. The disgustimg manager (a mex. Woman) inspects the nyrger eitnh her dirty hands a says nothings wrong. Hands it over. I tolld her that she just touched it. She refuses to replace it.
If this crap goes on infront of you, imagine what they do behind your back! Fuckin’ pigs!!!
