Cold Stone Creamery

First time here and I’m like cool I’ve heard good things. Walk into the place read the menu ordered as. This young unmotivated lady made my ice cream. I was looking at counters where food was prepared there was lose dollars sitting on counter. Box that held the waffle cups was picked up from floor and set on counter. The wall look like they have never been cleaned management needs to step there game up. Thanks for the cone but I won’t be back.

First timer at this location today.

I love their creations they have on their menu. Whoever thought of them were pure greatness.
I got the strawberry banana rendezvous and my boyfriend got the cheesecake fantasy. Seriously, both of them are out of this world amazing.
The staff was very friendly and also didn’t know until the cashier asked me if I was military. They have military discount. Kudos to you Cold Stone Creamery for saving me a buck or two.
Store hours are great.

My husband and I went here for dessert after eating tacos, the ice cream were delicious. One negative comment about this shop is about the cashier, she didn’t give me the exact change, my change should be 14.70 and she gave me 14 usd. So it was .70 short. I was waiting for the coins but she didnt even bother to tell me if they are short for coins. I guess she was just tired and I let it pass this time. Anyway, lesson learned, I should always be aggressive to ask for my change.

Came in here today to use my birthday free ice cream coupon and get the kids some ice cream. The worker Samantha was so extremely nice. Unfortunately she was the only one working at the time so she was pretty non stop but she was still so sweet and efficient with each customer. Not only was our ice cream amazing but we had amazing customer service which makes all the difference!!!

Went to Cold Stone near my area. I promised my daughter ice cream. We walk in and was greeted Hello by the friendly cashier and only person scooping ice cream. There was only one other customer before us.
My daughter loves strawberry ice cream, so I get her a small. I go with the sugar free vanilla. For two small cups of ice cream without an additional toppings, it came to $ 4.00 total. Not too bad. I know toppings are extra and can cost a fortune. My daughter and I are just happy with our ice cream. I enjoyed my sugar free vanilla. It was not sweet and tasted more on the creamy than sweet. I can still taste the vanilla without the sugary taste. My daughter couldn’t finish her ice cream, so I asked the lady for a lid. She was kind enough to give us one. When we left, she told us Have a nice day! I said «you too»! I loved her personality. She was nice and friendly!
This location was clean and has parking in front. There were not busy either. Great place to enjoy some ice cream! We will be back!

Really unfortunate they cannot answer their phone. Tried calling 3 times to place an order for a custom cake during hours that I figured were not as busy as others (mid afternoon) and no answer. I would go down there to order instead but I’m unable to at the moment so i guess another location further away will get my business instead.

Alex was phenomenal! She was the only person working and she whipped out people’s order in no time. She even had a smile on her face as the line grew (imagine that, a smile in times of being busy). The ice cream was of course delicious, but it was the customer service delivered by Alex that made this evening a 5 star experience.
Thumbs up to the chocolate milkshake, we got all the signature flavors with some minor modifications (all lovin no oven with an added brownie and doughnut something… With added almonds), the banana Carmel crunch (tastes like a mini banana split), and lastly the coffee lovers was perfectly mixed.

This place is magical. I’ve never had an issue with staying on the line for too long. The sweets selection is big enough for you to pick something you’d like. Employees are friendly and helpful. I was told that a nearby store closed, which means some of those customers are now migrating to this one. Might get busy once Wal-​Mart opens next door, but regardless. If you’re looking for some sugary treat and affordable price, THIS is the place to be.

Delicious ice cream.
However I will not be returning to this location. There are not enough tables or chairs for their customer to sit and enjoy their ice cream. The few ones they had all said reserved.

The most friendly girl ever made my ice cream! I guess there still is great customer service! I don’t remember what her name was but she had dark hair with glasses! Thanks again! My chocolate devotion is BOMB!

One of my faves. I love their ice cream flavors and mix-​ins, but they are just too expensive to go often. That’s why this is my once-​in-​a-​while place for ice cream. It’s nice to indulge sometimes.

pros… this place is usually not busy at all. you can get all your favorite ice creams here and have them make/​mix and pack it for you too. the staff was really friendly and fast the couple of times that i have went here. they really get your outta there pretty fast.
cons…not the best location. they are tucked away in the middle of the mall. and the mall itself is not the greatest. parking sucks and the people who drive here are not usually paying attention to driving either. so take your chances if you are not lucky enough to park right in front of the store.
