Absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Management and owner only care about rent and not the welfare of tenants. My unit became infested with roaches and mice, and I don’t mean a few, it was overwhelming. They brushed it off and the owner himself said«these aren’t rats, they are mice!» Oh OK, so I guess that should make it acceptable to have vermin in your unit when you have an infant. I have contacted local TV stations to expose this as well as filing a lawsuit since we lost the majority of our belongings since there were rats and roaches everywhere. I would suggest if you are moving here to stay on top of pest control and pull out fridge and all the drawers in kitchen to see what you’re getting into, the Lloyds pest control told me i had thousands of roaches under my fridge and not to eat the food in it, all along while I had dead rat after dead rat in traps, with pictures as proof, and they still say they«took care of it» um no, they broke my lease, I moved, and they found another sucker… Paul Meschler needs to be held accountable, he is so nasty and rude and just figures his tenants should live like this, I’m pursuing this til the end, he needs to stop being a slum lord and respect people.

Don’t let the looks fool you, this place is horrible. The lady silivia has bad communication skills and very rude attitude. The maintenance is very nosey and smoke cigarettes throughout the apartments. The guy worker there is cool but the female that works there is the one whom I’m speaking of. There was 2 incidents in the 6 months I lived here where they shut the water off for couple hours WITHNO Notice, it was just OFF. Never move here, maybe at least until they get new staff.

The owner and office worker are very incompetent and make you waste money on your credit checks when they know your credit isnt perfect and they know you wont qualify then ask you to get a cosigner with excellent credit so you do. You tthen pay for the 25 for the cosigners credit check… mind you, the cosigner has a perfect credit score and you put a 200 dollar holding deposit, and then make you wait 3 days for them to «decide on what the deposit will be» then they call and say they dont feel like renting to you. Very unprofessional and the lady that worksin the office during the week is not very personable in person or over the phone.
