Tried their new beef Gyro. I wasn’t expecting much so I was quite surprised when it was actually pretty good! It had quite a bit of their beef, nice lettuce and tomato, plenty of tzatziki sauce, and some Greek spices. Lacking any other Gyro options in Independence this will be good. Now, the curly fries weren’t exactly curly. More like curvy fries. A whole container full of half circle fries… like I got what was in the bottom of the warmer. Since they’re open late I’ll probably be back for the Gyro.

Mandatory dullness, of which there’s a little of escape, unless you order the curly fries, which rock. I didn’t pay for dinner tonight, so I go where ever. The place was dead as a doorknob, but the cashier was on it. She was a very chirpy person. The French dip sandwiches are 2 for 5, which makes one run $ 2.50. They were okay. I’ve had better. I always feel that about Arby’s when I eat there. The meat is bland, and sometimes there’s too much. My French Dip sandwich was well… not so much. I imagine the more select sandwiches are better. The chicken strips are pretty good. But no one makes curly fries like Arby’s. Skip the turnover, it’s made with Hershey’s syrup, phyllo dough, with Hershey’s syrup on top. The best plan of action is to order fries here, and order a cheeseburger elsewhere on Noland.
