If you love ice cream this place is awesome!!! There is usually a line there but it’s well worth the wait! They have plenty of options and are always expanding!

I dont normally bother with writing reviews regarding chains, as they aren’t normally unique experiences. But coldstone will be an exception. Ice cream has a special place in my heart, so I’m inclined to be bias towards anything ice cream! This place has it all! Their signature creations are amazing and I can come back each time and get something different! The flavors are varied and authentic! All the different topping options and it’s game over! Service has generally been quick and attentive. Cost is doable for quality! Maybe I just like ice cream a lot but I love coldstone! I’d take it any day over baskin Robbins or Dairy Queen.

This place has good ice cream but the employees… is another story.
I went in and this employee was wearing short spandex pants, her school shirt, and flip flops. I walked in and I saw the way she was dressed (unprofessional) and walked out! meanless to say, I didn’t get ice cream that night but went back the next time and got some, different employee! :)

Many of us waiting in line. Meanwhile, two of the staff members are out busting butts to serve us, while another employee sits in the back chatting with what appears to be two of her friends in the back (one of which isn’t wearing shoes! YUCK!!) If she is on break, ok I get it but see how busy you are and help for your customers sake! And there is NO EXCUSE for ANYONE to be in the back of a food establishment with their shoes off! Come on management!

This was one of the first places I took my daughter after moving here. The location of this one is brilliant, as it is next to a nice playground.
The inside was like all the rest of them and the employees are upbeat, friendly, and most of all patient with choosy kids.
There are two notes I’d make; 1. Bring back the Oatmeal Cookie Batter flavor, and 2. Explain to me why the green Pistachio tasted like Cherries. Haha

Came here on a Friday afternoon, 6÷22÷2012, with a BOGO coupon.
Asked the girl for half Orange Dreamsicle and half Strawberry.
She says «We don’t have dreamsicle»
Me: «Yes, you do, it’s right here.»
Her: «Oh, I haven’t worked here in a week. I don’t know what’s going on.»
WALKS AWAY without another word.
So this guy comes over.
Him: «What can I get for you?» (After he had already heard my order because he was standing right there)
I tell him again. He takes my flavors to the mixing station and while I’m standing DIRECTLY in front of him watching him mix raspberries into my ice cream, he says to the girl mentioned above:
«I feel like crap today.»
Girl: «Why’s that?»
Him: «I’m hung over from all the drinking I did last night.»
Cold Stone Manager: PLEASE talk to your employees about appropriate conversational skills and behaviors while in the presence of customers.
Oh, and the raspberries in my ice cream? They were frozen: Crunchy, icy, frozen.

I like ice cream. I eat it about every day. I don’t like plain boring, vanilla, but different flavors, to make it interesting. This is what Cold Stone Creamery does, makes life interesting.
I can’t be an ice cream enthusiast, I’m allergic to milk. But, I sneak it. I eat about nay flavor at Cold Stone Creamery, but the cotton candy flavor looks cool in the bowl. It’s blue, and bright, and pretty. Shouldn’t ice cream be pretty? Mixed with some roasted almonds… OMG…
The staff are friendly at this establishment. They keep it clean. There’s plenty of ice cream shop tables and chairs, with an outside area, as well. The menu is behind the counter, and huge. Cakes to choose from, as well. Choices… plenty of menu choices… what will I choose next visit?

Would you like to eat an entire stick of frozen butter that some prankster labeled «ice cream?» If so, this is the place for you! They offer several different flavors of ice cream, ranging from «brown, chocolately butter» to «green, minty butter.» Then you can demand they shove random crap into your order, such as peanut butter cups, gummy bears, and additional butter-related objects.
I would claim their ice cream is ridiculously overpriced, but when you think about it on a dollar-to-calorie value, you end up getting one hell of a deal. On butter.
