Horrible place, I came in and it took an hour and a half to return a pair glasses, that wore too small for my 3yr old. And while I patiently waited another person walked in and the Doctor got up and assisted him. For some odd reason he seemed to only have time for Caucasians but the Hispanic women has to wait for nearly two hours, their was an African-​American lady waiting too but she left after 40 minutes. Save your money and don’t support this kind of disrespectful behavior!

I just wanted to make a quick update. They said my glasses (which are loaded with the best lens on the market) would take 10 – 14 days. The glasses were back in 4 days. The sunglasses were an inexpensive fix that needed to be sent out.
I have no issues at all with Lencrafters and am a fan of Luxottica frames. My frames were the newer Raybans made in the China plant in Dongguan City. My sunglasses were made in the Italian plant. Raybans has only 2 factories, in China and Italy. Why do I know this weird stuff? I like Lenscrafters cause they are an authorized dealer of the brands they carry.
Yes, you may pay a bit more but the frames are so comfortable and stylish. The employees at this Lenscrafters (I’ve been there 3 times in 3 days) are courteous and knowledgeable. They care, they listen and have solutions. They also told me that they accept all insurance plans even if it doesn’t list them on the plan’s website, but I’d check for sure.

Arrrgh! I hate having to wear glasses! I was able to get by without them until now. Alas, my work has made it impossible with printing on circuit packs getting smaller and smaller. The Optometrist and the sales folk here made it slightly more bearable having to go through this experience.
Big selection of frames available here. I really like my Oakleys. They are nice and light and grip the sides of my head so I’m not constantly shoving them up my nose, unlike the cheaper second pair I got.
They say I had great Insurance. If my Insurance is so great I’d hate to see the bill on a lesser one!
