No. Just noooooo. I would give zero stars if I could. What a disaster. ALL of the employees are rude and not at all helpful. Had a skee ball machine only give me 2 balls. Walked over to tell someone about it, response I got was«oh…yeah… that ones supposed to have 4 balls actually. But only 2 come out so just keep using those over and over.» Really, I’m paying $ 1 a game, vs most places only charging .25 a game, and I only get to use 2 balls. Went with a friend, paid for a $ 20 card, had to pay $ 5 just for the stupid thing itself, figured that would last us 30 min or so. 10… lasted us 10 minutes. Games range from $ 1-to I think $ 2.60…for one 45 second game. Are you freaking kidding me!!! Talk about a rip off. Was so excited but will never come back. And will be sure to tell everyone I know to never go as well. Don’t understand how this place even exists. Way too expensive

Free drinks I can’t complain! Ordered food it was pretty good. I would much rather come after 9 when the kids are home sleeping but other than that I could have a great time here.

This place is great for games and bowling and laser tag is fun! However food is absolutely horrendous, ordered a pretzel that was cold and stale. The cheese was not prepared correctly and tasted like a Mac and cheese powdered cheese. The staff seem to hate their jobs which is a turn off as well. Really disappointing as this place has great potential.

The staff here is HORRIBLE!!! From the desk where you pay for laser tag, to the restaurant staff that ignores you in hopes you’ll go away instead of seating you. The server was actually great once we sat down. The guys in the pizza place were superb last time we were here as well. However these kids working on a Sunday night have a lot to learn about«work». If they don’t get this straightened out, and fast… this place will TANK. If I had invested a penny into this operation, and found that my staff treated people this way, I’d fire the hiring manager for not being capable of placing good people, even average people in these positions. Come in here and spend $ 200 in a few hours on games and food… to be ignored and have to write a review like this… it’s sad.

This trip we had an issue. We bought an «all you can bowl» for 5 $ a person. Turns out there is a fine print. You only bowl for an hour and then go on a waiting list. You need to dedicate a few hours if you are going to get your money’s worth. We spent 108 $ for 4 people to bowl 2 hours. Not worth it tonight. :(we’ll go back to striker’s next time. «My kids love this place. It is new so they are trying to get customers. But I bet once they are established the prices will shoot up. So get it while you can.»

I love the fact that it’s family and socially acceptable to get plastered while your kids go blow your money. And our waitress was really nice and great, wish I remembered her name. Great for kids. Maybe I’ll go bowl once LSD or magic mushrooms become legal, otherwise I’m missing the point.

We bought the wrist bands and there was a miscommunication on when everything closed. We were pretty frustrated and ended up speaking with the manager about it. Aaron was really nice and took care of us. There is lots of stuff to do here and we had a good time. The bar and wait staff could definitely use some work though. Service was very slow and it wasn’t crowded.

This place gets 2 stars only because it is fun to bowl here, when you can get a lane. The wait and barstaff needs a lot of improvement.

This was the worst idea for a New Year’s event. I paid $ 200 for unlimited bowling, laser tag, and gravity ropes. We only got one hour of bowling, one chance to play laser tag, and the opportunity for gravity rope was filled before we got the chance to put our names down. It was the biggest waste of money. DONOTSPENDYOURMONEY!!! Huge disappointment!!!

Would give it 0 if that were an option. Walked in and was told that we could pay $ 17.95 for all inclusive wristband or pool was $ 6.00/hr. We only wanted to eat and shoot a game of pool so that was the better deal for us. When we decide to leave we are told it’s $ 8 for ½ hr, w/o a wristband … when we spoke with manager he said«it’s a miscommunication» & did nothing to try to rectify the situation. Poor customer retention. We will not be back!

Meh. Not much to review. We asked the bartender when the kitchen closed, he said 11:00PM. It was 10:50 so we asked for a menu. He said: Sorry, the kitchen is closed. OK, I know this is in the grey area of being reasonable, so no biggie. We walked around the place before we left. It has huge areas of empty space, a fairly large bar area with pool tables and shuffleboard. A very odd, glass cage with a pizzeria in it. A huge bowling alley with lots of big screen TVs. A door with laser tag written on it. A puny arcade area compared to what it could be with all the empty space. There is also some type of high wire contraption above the arcade. I’ll take the family back and try to experience it not so close to closing time. Hopefully, I’ll have something more to write about.
