Really 0 Stars. I did not have a good experience here. They did a sloppy job. Waste of my money and time. No customer service. Will not be going back.

They don’t let jeep people come through. Booooooooo. The manager actually flagged us down to say we are too dirty. How is that a thing at a car wash. Apparently mud puddles are scary dirty for this group. It’s not like it was off road dirty. My jeep always looks this awesome. Go 3 blocks up 40hwy to green lantern, they don’t mind Jeep people.

These guys are Awesome!!! They take care of your car. I never have a problem, the staff is always friendly and the service is always great… Get the monthly detail deal, you can get better service for the price.

I have been using the Mirror Image car wash for the last couple of years, and more so, in the last year since I have several company vehicles that must always be clean and looking good.
Lately on my personal vehicle, my experience has been getting worse every time I get my car cleaned. I always purchase the Manager special plus, and quite frankly the staff does a horrible job by leaving the spray on wax smudged or missing parts of my vehicle completely. All windows are always smudged and not clean. It is very apparent the Mirror image is all about volume and not customer satisfaction. I have sent «Sal» one of the owners more than one direct email and never get a response. All I can say is, the reputation of Mirror image is going down hill really quickly. I have suspended all of my business from Mirror Image and will discourage anyone from using it.

My leather seats weren’t wiped down, the carpet was not clean, finger prints on the driver and passenger side windows, back seats weren’t wiped down, back seat mats were left on the seats. Car wash… front of car still had bugs on it. Water spots everywhere. It was so dusty in the garage part that my car actually came out dirtier than when it went in!
Maybe the managers in that place should do something other than walking in and out of the waiting room every 1 – 2 minutes! How about supervising… that is what you get paid for, right?
I came home and cleaned it myself! Yes they have a 48 hour guarantee. But if they didn’t do it right the first time, will they really get it right the second time? Honestly, my 11 and 14 year old have done a better job than what those people did!

TERRIBLE! We have been taking both of our cars there for over a year, buy the managers special everytime and they are just getting worse each time. Exterior isn’t clean and they didn’t even attempt to wipe down the interior as promised in description this last time, total rip off.

Not a great job at all. Paid for the full inside and out detail wash. When I went to get I to the car it was not even vacuumed all the way. The dash board and center console was not cleaned well at all, the completely missed areas. I do not see the value here at all. This is the second time I came here. Had the same problem the first time but thought to try again. Every place has an off day and I am all for giving another chance. This time I said something and they took car back to correct the areas of concern. I am going to try the new Green Lantern car wash just down the road from this place next time. I hear that they are a couple bucks more but are really good. I would rather pay a bit more and get the service done right the first time and not waste my valuable time on a a weekend. Will report in on how Lantern fries next time.
